## 0. Verdict

```
NEW SEALED (T-LOCK, two-platform byte-identical, pins in root
CROSSPLATFORM_LOCK_RECORD.md, commits b5e9bf9d and d37e528):

  T-TWIST-RESIDUE-LIFT      the unique canonical lift (reduction of Z[zeta_20]
                            mod primes above 5, residue field F_5) sends the
                            root orbit of  zeta_5 T^2 + 4 = 0  to R = {1,4},
                            exactly the canonical census sheet. Zero choices.

  T-TWIST-RESIDUE-MECHANISM (value level) the placement is DERIVED, three
                            integer facts: T^2 = -4 zeta_5^(-1) with residue
                            -4 = 1 mod 5; sqrt(1) = {+-1} = {1,4}; and the
                            sheet trichotomy is the Legendre trichotomy of F_5
                            (canonical = squares, shifted = non-squares,
                            boundary = 0). The Tr_4 multiplier alpha = 2 is a
                            non-square, chi(2) = -1: one trace step flips
                            canonical <-> shifted at the value level, 0 fixed.

  T-TWIST-ORBIT-SUM         the quadratic has NO linear term, so its two roots
                            sum to zero; hence at every prime over 5 the root
                            residues pair to 0 and the full Galois orbit tuple
                            (1,4,4,1) satisfies Tr_4 = 0: the orbit lies in the
                            v101 hyperplane H = ker(phi). Lemma form: any
                            quadratic a T^2 + c = 0 over Q(zeta_5) with a, c
                            units at 5 has its residue orbit tuple in H.

NEW AT D (two-platform verified census facts):

  D-TWIST-STATE-HOSTING     the orbit piston multiset {1,1,4,4} is realized on
                            the recurrent boundary set by exactly 6 of the 63
                            boundary attractors, 60 of 1250 states, ratio
                            60/1250 = 6/125; every hosting state satisfies
                            q + t in {1,4} (v101 S). Census reproduced
                            independently: 313 attractors, 63 boundary, 1250
                            boundary states = |S| exactly (ALL of S recurrent).

  D-TWIST-LEGENDRE-PAIRING  the value-level Legendre flip is visible in the
                            boundary census: multiplication by alpha = 2 maps
                            piston multiset {1,1,4,4} to {2,2,3,3}, and the
                            census carries the exact pairing 60 <-> 60 states.
                            The special attractor is the (0,0,0,0) multiset,
                            10 states.

FALSIFIED (F, first-class, kept):

  F1  bridge thesis (ii) "the twist object is natively boundary" at the VALUE
      level. Single-root residues are canonical, not boundary and not shifted.
  F2  the session hunch "shifted sheet" for the genesis coordinate b = 2.
  F3  naive Klein-4 closure of the hosting set by DIRECT images: b-images of
      hosting attractors are hosting attractors, but d direct-images are not
      attractor sets (the TM driver is time dependent; equivariance requires
      conjugating the driver, not only the states).

CLOSED BY ABSORPTION:

  O-TWIST-DECODER-BRIDGE    the precise content (field alignment: splitting
                            field Q(zeta_20) = Q(zeta_5, i), conductor 20 = 4p,
                            min poly x^8 - 4x^6 + 16x^4 - 64x^2 + 256; factor
                            alignment: T = 2 . zeta_4 . zeta_5^2 <-> gravity
                            modulus 2 / D_clock / D_geom o D_matter with the
                            +- sign a pure clock half-turn, genesis b fixed)
                            is absorbed into the sealed objects above. Its
                            original G3 was withdrawn as ill-posed (Amendment
                            A1) and replaced by the lift, mechanism and state
                            map. Object closed; nothing of it left open.

CARRIED OPEN (O):

  O-TWIST-PAIR-EQUIVARIANCE proper pair-map equivariance of the 6-attractor
                            hosting set under the census D-PAIR-MAP definition
                            (driver conjugation included). Small named residue.

## 1. The two-level reading (the physics sentence of the session)

The twist quadratic `zeta_5 T^2 + 4 = 0` reads the attractor census at two
levels at once, and both are exact:

   LEVEL 1 (single root, VALUE):   residue(T) is forced into the squares of F_5,
                                   {1,4} = the canonical sheet. Reason: T squares
                                   to a unit of residue 1.
   LEVEL 2 (root pair, ORBIT):     the roots sum to zero because the linear term
                                   is absent, so the orbit tuple lies in the
                                   boundary hyperplane H = ker(phi), and its
                                   piston {1,1,4,4} is carried by exactly 6
                                   boundary attractors in 60 states.

One equation, two projections of the census: value canonical, orbit boundary.
The archimedean and 5-adic places read the same integer 4 twice: ||T||^2 = 4
at infinity; -4 = 1 mod 5 at p = 5 (H remark, candidate tie to the Two-Places
note). The census sheet trichotomy now has an arithmetic name: Legendre.
