is a counter; space is a commutator; two forces = two J-projections (modulus
to gravity, argument to EM). Status taxonomy rigid:
T-LOCK > T > D > C > H > O > F; falsification is first-class progress; no
summary stronger than its Canon label. Standing protocol rules:
preregistration before computation; two platform byte identical stdout
before any T; and from v167 on the action layer protocol (six layers: L1
state, L2 manifold, L3 boundary, L4 support, L5 stream, L6 measure; every
preregistration declares its layer before its gates; any lift to another
layer requires its own named gate).

**Axiom (A0).** Reality is the closed integer J-Cayley plenum. The whole physical object is the canonical integer Cayley system generated by J = 1 + zeta_5^2, with no external boundary, no external clock, and only internal readout. J remains the core: the generator of the plenum and the seed of the two projections. Zero free dimensionless parameters; one SI calibration anchor, the electron mass m_e. Under A0, E_total = 0 is a theorem of the closed whole, not a second axiom (v153; the internalized counter at D, verifier pinned 180a98cb).

**Reading.** Time is a counter. Space is a commutator. J is the verb; phi and pi are projections of J, not primitives. Two forces are two J-projections: the modulus gives gravity and scale, the argument gives electromagnetism and phase.

Every claim carries a label; no summary is stronger than the label it summarizes.

**Notation.** j = zeta_5. J = 1 + j^2. phi := norm(J)^-1 = (1 + sqrt5)/2. pi := -5 i Li_1(J), with Li_1(J) = i pi / 5 exactly. Slip is X; quantum angle is script-Q; deflection is delta. tau = sqrt(J) in F_25; m = zeta_8 = sqrt(i) at prime 2. p = 5 and d = 3 throughout.

**What this file is.** The single self-contained TWIST-J Canon at v162, written as one thematic reference. It consolidates v161 (the base that closed the gap), the D5 ladder rungs 4 to 11 (PREREG-D5-RUNG-4 through PREREG-D5-RUNG-11, all executed 7 July 2026, byte-identical on two architectures), and the Plenum closure patch (TWISTJ_Canon_Patch_v162_Plenum_Closure.md, fleet-pinned). It retires the accretion model: from v161 on, new results fold into the thematic Parts in place and the registries update; superseded masters live in archive/; provenance is the git history and the pinned verifier tree under phibit/canon_cayley/. Every statement below carries the label of its committed source; nothing is promoted by consolidation.

**The v131 to v133 gap, closed.** The gap marked since the first all-in-one build is closed by recovery. TWIST_J_Canon_v132_CONSOLIDATED.md (356 lines, sha256 e9be007c4c43f71b7f3afa7d44b27f4e67d0838dcc3b119288fc930999a8c5d7) and the v133 ALL IN ONE (1823 lines, sha256 87a4ff1dbf9c41d3cc195709199c1dabb5b86d5fbc8e734dcf3430181c939d50) were recovered verbatim from project knowledge; the v133 ALL IN ONE declares itself the body of record and supersedes v131 and v132 by inlining them. The standalone v131 file was searched for and NOT found; the negative result is first-class and recorded; the v133 ALL IN ONE makes it redundant. Provenance and both pins: TWISTJ_GAP_FOLD_NOTE_v131_v133.md. The recovered content (the two places, the force-is-curvature sector, SS-MN, the five v133 T-LOCK seals, the home-direction coupling rule) is folded thematically below; the recovered source files land in archive/ under their pins.

## Part I. The Axiom and the Two Projections

J = 1 + zeta_5^2 is a cyclotomic unit: N(J) = 1 in Q(zeta_5), Galois moduli (phi^-1, phi, phi, phi^-1). The two projections are the two forces [T]:

A third transcendental enters from the modulus side: ln phi, the boost rapidity. The two transcendence axes {pi, ln phi} are algebraically independent over Q(sqrt5) and are the transcendence-level shadow of the two projections (Part VI, Part XX).

At the magic prime the axiom has a square root: sqrt(J) = tau in F_25 (Part XV). The plenum T = s + i phi is real and structured, not a vacuum.

## Part II. Time, Space, and the Decoder

**Cosmogenesis (the LOCK frame).** The Log is the universe: the running whole has exactly two memory primitives, the Log stream (one bit per tick) and the Checkpoint psi_n in F_5^6 (15625 states). Evolution is the verb [LOCK, SS5.1]:

Under A0 the counter is internalized [D]: the tick becomes a 2-adic odometer register inside the state and the dynamics is one autonomous closed map with no external parameter.

**Space is a commutator [T-LOCK, SS103].** [T_a, T_c] is the discrete curvature; spectrum {0^27, +- i phi^n / d}; Tr(C^2) = -21/8; everything in Q(sqrt5); denominator 20 = 4p.

**The decoder [SS104].** D = D_clock o D_geom o D_matter, structure 1 + 3 + 0, acyclic: no feedback from output to state; time emerges as the terminal accumulator. D_clock and D_matter at T-LOCK (gyron density rho = 1/6); D_geom at T-LOCK candidate.

**The reading split [T-LOCK, v133 seal].** T-LQ-READING-SPLIT: the decoder reads the kernel by LINEAR projection, the driver by BINARY Thue-Morse cut, the gauge housing by QUADRATIC registration. Three sectors, one rule.

**The self-similar time quantum [T].** T^(5^k) = i_5 I on the pentit ring, period 4 x 5^k (T-FROB-TIME-QUANTUM). Explicit non-claim: no generic exponentiation speedup.

## Part III. The Two Places

The framework lives at two arithmetic places, disjoint over Q: Q(zeta_5) cap Q(zeta_8) = Q [LOCK, v101].

SS-MN, the silver sibling [C ring facts; D reading]   m = zeta_8 = sqrt(i) at prime 2 with
     silver unit delta = 1 + sqrt2; tau = sqrt(J) at prime 5 inside F_25; the same abstract
     order-8 sqrt(i) shape at two disjoint places. sqrt(i) is the square root of the axiom.
THIRD INSTANCE [T, v160 G5]   charge conjugation is the swap of the two Gaussian primes
     above p: 5 = (2 + i)(2 - i); forces at sqrt5, spin at sqrt2, charge conjugation at i
     (T-PLACE-DISJUNCTION, T-STEP-TWO-PLACES; witness primes 7 and 23).

**The Plenum closed in J [v162 fold; fleet-pinned].** Stone 5's plenum point is Z[i]-integral in the axiom:

R-PLENUM-LETTER [R]: Stone 5's T and Part XV's pentit operator T = I + S share a letter, not an identity; fifth powers pin the phase at both places (i_5 = 2 at prime 5, -i archimedean); echo recorded, not identified. H-KC3-PLENUM-READOUT [H]: the ramified PLACE acquires the archimedean readout s = abs(lambda); the residue-class readout stays open, O-KC-3 unchanged. F-PLENUM-S-MISMATCH re-scoped to guard the T. ## Part IV. The Force is the Curvature

A force is not added to TWIST-J; it is the curvature of the genesis phase space.

**Gravity closed.** G_nat = d^3 = 27 by three legs: the action leg (V_cell^act = 864 pi at k = d(d+1) = 12; and 864 pi is DERIVED from J, v159, the fourth paper's [I] discharged to [D]); the observational leg (quadrupole power against the Hulse-Taylor binary pulsar, 99.84 percent match, C); the kernel leg (A_GD = 1/(8 pi) on the A_3 lattice; lambda = G_nat / A_GD = 216 pi = V_cell^act / 4, derived, not fitted). Closed form: G_nat = V_cell^act v_cell / (4 pi D^2) = 864 pi x 2 / (4 pi x 16) = 27.

**EM Coulomb on the same propagator [C/D].** The 1/(4 pi r) Green function of the decoder graph carries both forces: gravity on the modulus, Coulomb on the argument. The sign structure is the polar decomposition [D]: mass is a modulus, always nonnegative, one sign, universal attraction; charge is an argument, signed, two signs.

**Maxwell classical closure [v158].** T-BIANCHI-SYMBOLIC (dF = d(dA) = 0 identically in 32 edge symbols; gauge invariance an identity); T-GAUSS-CHAIN-EXACT (Gauss as the boundary equation bd E = rho on the closed spatial torus; Smith divisors all 1; constructive dipole); T-AMPERE-CHAIN-EXACT (the inhomogeneous pair as bd G = J; conservation an identity in 96 face symbols; H_1 free of rank 4). The obstruction pair, one per homology degree, both counted in p: in the Z_5 theory Gauss is solvable iff the total charge vanishes mod 5, and the current pair is solvable iff the current is conserved AND all four winding numbers vanish mod 5. D-MAXWELL-CLOSED [D].

**The abelian face measure, both halves, zero parameters [v159].**

**Coupling seeds [v133, the home-direction rule].** The coupling root of a sector is the Gram weight of its carrier direction: trace and conformal directions carry 1/p, the spatial base ker(Tr) carries 1; the 3/4 = d/(d+1) measure attaches to spatial gauge sectors only (T-MEASURE-SPATIAL-ONLY, T). alpha* = 1/p [LOCK]; alpha_s^(root) = 1 x 3/4 x 1 = 3/4 [D]; the seed ratio EM to strong is 15 : 4. Dark energy (trace) w = -14/15 [LOCK]. Running and scheme are separate obligations (O-ALPHA-S-RUNNING, O-SCHEME-DICTIONARY).

**The exact lemma, both halves closed [T-LOCK].** The dimensionless trace target is exact: alpha* = 1/p, via the cyclotomic Galois-trace Gram G = p I - 1 1^T, normalized spectrum {1/p (times 1), 1 (times p - 2)}, the all-ones trace direction the eigenvector. Verified exact on two platforms for p in {3, 5, 7, 11, 13}. Scope: alpha* = 1/p is the dimensionless seed; the physical alpha^-1 is the PaW Bridge level.

**Weinberg.** sin^2 theta_W = 3/13 + 1/(32 pi^2 phi^4); tree value 3/13 = deg_f / (V + 1). All seven SM hypercharges from Y_F = (B - L) + 2 T_3^R; B_quark = 1/3 = 1 / dim ker(Tr). alpha is built from L and X, both pi-even, hence delta-free (Part VI).

**Prefactor unification [T-ALPHA-PREFACTOR-UNIFICATION, v162 fold].** With B_{2,chi5} = 4/5 exactly, L(2, chi5) = 4 pi^2 / (25 sqrt5), and 80 sqrt5 L(2, chi5) (3 - phi)^(1/4) / S == (8 pi)^2 sqrt(s) / (5 S): the preregistration witness formula and the Queen are one formula, and no independent L-value enters the alpha sector. The prefactor reads (1 + J Jbar)^(1/4): the gravity modulus inside the electromagnetic number; one J, both projections in one prefactor.

## Part VI. The Mass Ladder and the Parity Law

**SS-DELTA and the parity law.** The bridge defect delta := 6 phi^2 - 5 pi = (9 + 3 sqrt5) - 5 pi is nonzero by Lindemann-Weierstrass (about +2.4 x 10^-4, a gap witness). Exact bridges: xi phi^2 = 5 = p; script-Q phi^2 = 2 pi; script-Q / xi = 2 pi / 5 = arg(J). Under complex conjugation every fundamental on the register is a pure-parity eigenvector: seventeen even and delta-free (among them alpha^-1, sin^2 theta_W, w = -14/15, L, Omega_b = pi^2/200, the slip X, mu_mu, mu_tau, G, PMNS, the dark-matter ratio, the zeta_K residue); three odd delta-carriers, the ladder pi^1, pi^3, pi^5 (the capacity script-Q = 2 pi / phi^2, the Kahler capacity V_geo = 64 pi^3 phi^2, the proton 6 pi^5); one mixed composite, the neutron, the boundary witness.

# Part XXVII. The 7 July Fold (v163): three doors, a counting kernel, a forced housing, a closed triangle

**XXV.0 Protocol, reaffirmed at the fold.** Simplicity is the ultimate
perfection. If it cannot be calculated in integers, it is not physics. Truth is
not rude; truth is just true. Ratios and relations carry the content; decimals
appear only as engineering witnesses and are labeled as such. No em dashes.
TWIST-J is the one name; twistj.com is the hub. Status taxonomy rigid:
T-LOCK > T > D > C > H > O > F; falsification is first-class progress; nothing
below is stronger than its verifier. Every claim in this Part ran
preregistered, exact, and byte-identical on two architectures (JAS 2 aarch64,
TWISTER x86_64); the thirteen pins of the day live in the root
CROSSPLATFORM_LOCK_RECORD.md and in the per-probe outcome notes.

**XXV.1 The wall in normal form.** The archimedean wall (Part XXI) is now one
object with three named doors (patch TWISTJ_Canon_Patch_v163_WALL_NORMAL_FORM,
prereg 9772ebc9): the Q-substrate door, the nonabelian measure-lift door, and
the 2 pi U(1) door. XXI-b registers the Lambda gate at its ceiling:

    H-LAMBDA-SEED [H]:  Lambda^(nf) = 6 pi^5 exp( -8 pi / (33 - 2 nf) ) m_e ,

bare 6 pi^5, alpha_s(mu_conf) = 3/4 pinned, honesty block declaring the two
standard loop inputs and the one-loop integrator as the wall import.
C witnesses: the nf = 3 exponent is 8 pi / 27 = 8 pi / d^3; the nf = 6 exponent
is 8 pi / 21 = pi / |Tr C^2|. Amendment A1 (registered, ebbd4b48): mu_conf lies
below charm, so the seed pairs with EFFECTIVE nf = 3 and the falsifier
F-LAMBDA-J reads the matched threshold chain; the pure fixed-nf columns remain
bracketing witnesses. Engineering witness W-THRESHOLD-TENSION (external masses
labeled): matching upward gives Lambda_4 = 335.1, Lambda_5 = 269.1,
Lambda_6 = 146.2 MeV and one-loop alpha_s(m_Z) = 0.1407 against the external
anchor near 0.118; the gap is the measured size of the open dictionary, the H
ceiling stands. XXI-c pins the Yang-Mills transfer conditions (pinned tick,
pinned nonabelian action, carrier = the algebra lift, Z_3 above the lift,
volume uniformity). XXI-d forced the fiber fermion program of XXV.3.

**XXV.2 The measure counts in integers.** O-KCM-CROSSING-FUNCTIONAL is CLOSED
at D (probes P1 + P2, commits 7e9895b0, c0dfd68c, 4ab0b171, e0b63a37). P1:
T-KCM-CELL-DUAL (the cell nu with blocks (27 +- sqrt5)/72 and identity 1/4 has
the dual (72, 7, 2, 2, 7)/72) and T-KCM-MU-OBSTRUCTION (mu-hat(+-2) = 0 against
nu-hat(+-2) = 1/36 kills the whole mu-spectral route); F-KCM-CONV-WORD FIRED
(120 words times 4 relabelings, zero hits), recorded as first-class. P2: the
crossing functional is Phi, the Born-pair reading of the locked TM tick-weight
vector w = (2/3, 1/6, 1/6) on the reflection centers (0, 1, 2); Phi lands the
SS6A.2 cell exactly, anchored on the Laplacian itself via M_k^2 = B(k) I
(SS13.2). Its dual side is the integer counting law

A the autocorrelation of the tick multiplicities (4, 1, 1): so 7 = 5*5 - 18
counts the ordered tick pairs (d, b) and (e, d), and 2 = 5*4 - 18 counts the
pairs (e, b). T-KCM-COUNTING-LAW seals at T. D-KCM-TICK-CARRIER [D]: the
controls are selective; the beat multiset (2, 1, 1)/4 and the uniform triple do
NOT land the cell. The ticks carry the measure, not the beats. What remains of
the measure item is the nonabelian lift, which IS the wall door of XXV.1.

**XXV.3 The fermion housing is forced.** O-FIBER-FERMION restructured and its
representation third CLOSED (b6156fb8, 48b7cace): T-FIBER-REP-FORCED, sealed at
T: the fundamental 3 = ker(Tr) is irreducible over F_5 (31 lines and 31 planes
exhausted), it is the ONLY nontrivial substrate constituent, and the dual 3-bar
is inequivalent (intertwiner nullity 0; Schur commutant 1). The Killing
collapse K = 2N S holds with 2N = 6 on all 64 Chevalley pairs, so
T(fund) : T(adj) = 1 : 6 and with C_A = 3 the loop group factor is forced:
T_F = 1/2. O-FIBER-DOUBLET CLOSED at D (ebbd4b48, 1436e534): the factor 2 in
nf = 2 g is the dimension of the unique pseudo-real 2I carrier; conj-intertwiner
nullity 1 spanned by the symplectic eps, invariant under all 120 elements of
SL(2, F_5) = Sp(2, F_5); Killing collapse 2N = 4. T-Z2-DICHOTOMY seals at T:
the color Z_2 is EXTERNAL conjugation (particle against antiparticle,
nullity 0), the weak Z_2 is INTERNAL symplectic pairing inside one module (up
against down, nullity 1). Two Z_2 of different kinds, both module-forced,
neither a convention. Generations stay the E_SM L3 frontier (pointer, no new
item). O-FIBER-THRESHOLD registered with the normal form
Lambda_(n-1) = m (Lambda_n / m)^(b0_n / b0_(n-1)) [D conditional on the wall
import], falsifier F-THRESHOLD-FIT live. In b0 = 11 - (2/3) nf nothing
group-theoretic is free any more.

**XXV.4 The plenum has a direction.** O-PLENUM-SUBSTRATE-DIRECTION CLOSED at D
(48ffffdb): 1 - zeta_5^(-1) = s e^(3 i pi / 10) = (s/2) T, the d-beat is the
generator, the branch is the +i phi lock, and the beat route lands exactly on
the Born route (s i (1 - J) = 1 - zeta_5^4, T-SPIN-BISECTOR). Kinematics:
charpoly(1 - X) = x Phi_5(1 - x), Eisenstein; the gap is s^2 = 3 - phi; the
[X, Z^(-1)] plenum coefficient and the Frobenius norm 2 + phi = phi^2 (3 - phi)
verified. Residues registered: O-PLENUM-DIR-P2 (the readout rho = zeta_5^q
convention) and O-PLENUM-DIR-P3 (the odd-tick z law).

**XXV.5 The neutron fold is not concentric.** O-NEUTRON-DELTA-EM advanced by
exclusion (8932ef1c, 277d8cde): N-EM-CONCENTRIC-NEGATIVE seals at T
(conditional on the tree-level reading): a point proton with ANY spherically
symmetric electron profile gives Net <= -phi(0)/2 < 0; the power family
witness is Net(k) = -(k + 3)^2 / ((2k + 5)(k + 2)); the concentric tree fold is
EXCLUDED and Delta_step = +0.0309883 m_e (engineering witness) requires the
interior-compression channel, O-N-DELTA-MECH sharpened accordingly. The
refusal clause held: no scan for 17/4.

**XXV.6 The homogeneous triangle closes.** O-FRW-FULL-TENSOR P1 plus
O-FRW-CONSERVATION P1 (9e1d8b59, 08411acd, a4c96569, 24c719b0). From the locked
(00) constraint H^2 = 72 pi rho and conservation, exactly and two-way:

    H-dot = -108 pi (rho + p),   a-ddot / a = -36 pi (rho + 3 p),

and conversely (00) + (ii) force conservation. Conservation itself is now
derived at the ACTION level: the off-shell reparametrization Noether identity

    N dE_N/dt = a-dot E_a + phi-dot E_phi

holds identically for generic V(phi) and generic barotropic P(X), so
{E_N = 0, E_a = 0} force E_phi = 0, and E_phi = 0 IS the continuity equation
by the exact factorization rho-dot + 3H(rho + p) = -(phi-dot / a^3) E_phi.
T-FRW-NOETHER seals at T; T-FRW-SECOND and T-FRW-CONSERVATION seal at T
conditional on the single shared premise, the v154 action reading, with
phi-dot nonzero declared. The homogeneous FRW sector is a theorem triangle:
any two of {(00), (ii), conservation} force the third. The normalization tie
is exact: c = 1/(72 pi) = 12 K_chi = k K_chi with k = d(d+1), K_chi =
1/(864 pi); zero new constants. C-FRW-DILUTION-P [C]: at the LOCK value
w = -1 + 1/(d p) the dilution exponent is 3(1 + w) = 3/(d p) = 1/p; the
locked plenum dilutes as a^(-1/p). C-FRW-Q [C]: q = -9/10 and
a-ddot/a = (9/10) H^2, pure rationals. Disclosed fire, form only: the P1
prereg identity carried an extra Ndot E_N term; F-FRW-CONS fired on that line
as written; the slip audit proves the two forms differ by exactly Ndot E_N,
which vanishes on shell. Recorded, not hidden. What remains of the full tensor
is the inhomogeneous sector, renamed O-FRW-INHOM, the named horizon.

**XXV.7 The ladder quartet, sealed.** The Manifest v1 Section 5.7 gate is
satisfied by the repo-canonical verifier twistj_manifest_ladder_verify.py,
734 exact checks over Q(sqrt5) and Z, byte-identical on both architectures
(41d3d18e / c70b86cf). By the standard gate rule, the fold seals the quartet
at T-LOCK:

**XXV.8 Audits: two ghosts removed by citation, hygiene closed.**
(1) T-MU-COEF: the frontier line "O-MU-DELTA-TRACE and O-MU-SIGN open" was a
v100-era ghost; the chain closed O to D to T across v109 and v114 and T-MU-COEF
stands at T-LOCK since v115 (registry, this document). Re-anchored 10/10
(4fedcde3 / 8be5fa8d); the conserved combination mu_tau + 240 mu_mu = 690321/13
is alpha-free; R remark, no weight: 89 = F_11. (2) 864 pi: derived since v159
([I] to [D], the gravity action leg); the open item is only the
O-CHI5-KINETIC-COEF residual, the canonical Layer-5 derivation of
K_chi = 1/(864 pi). (3) Manifest v1.1 erratum committed: the Tr(C^2) = -21/8
label corrected from T-LOCK to O per Registry Item 12; the number stands, the
label was too strong. (4) The v131 to v133 gap: closed in v162 by the recovery
fold; the stale flag is retired. (5) All previously pending cross-platform

inhomogeneous tensor), the O-CHI5-KINETIC-COEF residual, the wall passage
through its three doors (with the Lambda gate at H and the tension measured),
and the small named residues (O-PLENUM-DIR-P2 and P3, O-FIBER-THRESHOLD, the
L3 generation count, the decoder-flow face riding with O-S-L5-ACTION-SUM).
Eighteen commits, thirteen two-platform pins, zero new parameters, no LOCK
touched except by sealing. The sections shrank by computation and citation,
never by decree.

# Part XXVIII. The 8 July Folds (v164, v165, v166)

**XXVIII.1 v164, THE TWIST QUADRATIC (T-LOCK, two-platform; commits
b5e9bf9d, d37e528).** The unique canonical lift (reduction of Z[zeta_20]
mod primes above 5, residue field F_5) sends the root orbit of
zeta_5 T^2 + 4 = 0 to R = {1, 4}, exactly the canonical census sheet, with
zero choices (T-TWIST-RESIDUE-LIFT). The placement is DERIVED from three
integer facts: T^2 = -4 zeta_5^(-1) with residue -4 = 1 mod 5;
sqrt(1) = {+-1} = {1, 4}; and the sheet trichotomy is the Legendre
trichotomy of F_5 (canonical = squares, shifted = non-squares,
boundary = 0); the Tr_4 multiplier alpha = 2 is a non-square, chi(2) = -1,
so one trace step flips canonical and shifted at the value level with 0
fixed (T-TWIST-RESIDUE-MECHANISM). The quadratic has no linear term, its
roots sum to zero, so the full Galois orbit tuple (1, 4, 4, 1) satisfies
Tr_4 = 0: the orbit lies in the v101 hyperplane H = ker(phi)
(T-TWIST-ORBIT-SUM). Census facts at D: the orbit piston multiset
{1,1,4,4} is hosted by exactly 6 of the 63 boundary attractors, 60 of 1250
states = 6/125, every hosting state in v101 S, all of S recurrent
(D-TWIST-STATE-HOSTING); multiplication by alpha = 2 maps {1,1,4,4} to
{2,2,3,3} with the exact pairing 60 to 60, the special attractor being the
(0,0,0,0) multiset with 10 states (D-TWIST-LEGENDRE-PAIRING).

**XXVIII.2 v165, THE IMPEDANCE TOLL (T, two-platform; s2_closure_probe.py
15/15, pins 1293333e / 368c5a6d).** On the unique primitive scale
arg J = 2 pi / 5 per tick, the channel cycle factors are
C(E^-) = p (2 pi / p) = 2 pi and C(E^+) = 2p (2 pi / p) = 4 pi; the scale
is forced because the E^+ rate is the derived half (Xi = (1/2) log D_J,
SS109.7) and derived quantities are never units, while pi, 2 pi and 8 pi
are each excluded against an exact fact (T-LIGHT-CLOSURE-DOUBLING).
Omega_d / Omega_{d-1} = 2 over the integers d >= 2 if and only if d = 3,
and d = 3 = dim ker(Tr_4) is the unique dimension where the geometric
closure step equals the channel toll (T-OMEGA3-UNIQUE). The toll 2 and the
Born / spin bisector 2 are one root:
1 + e^{i theta} = 2 cos(theta/2) e^{i theta/2} exactly on the spectrum
(T-TOLL-BISECTOR-ROOT); the Landauer 2 stays external and distinct.
Reading promoted R to D: R_K = 2 pi (hbar / e^2) reads one E^- closure per
pentagon period, Z_0 = 4 pi alpha (hbar / e^2) reads one E^+ closure on
the primitive scale, Z_0 / R_K = 2 alpha with both spellings of the 2
derived; the laboratory identification remains the reading; T candidacy
open at fold review (R-IMPEDANCE-TOLL at D).

**XXVIII.3 v166, THE GRAVITATIONAL WAVE ARC (nine commits, b9bfa92c
through 286856ed; five construction probes pinned in the root record).**
Two falsifiers fired and both purchased constructions. F-RINGDOWN-IMR
FIRED [F, WKB3 grade, 7.8 sigma]: GW250114 ringdown against the
exponential axial line kills the minimal exponential reading in the GW
channel on every dynamical branch; O-QNM-DYNAMICS CLOSED NEGATIVE with the
exact structure exposed (the spatial kinetic term exactly flat, the plenum
shows through; Box_g deltachi = 0 exactly; the breathing mode surfs the
light ring; the TT projection of the slaved perturbation identically
zero). The pincer: GW170817 forces any TT lift onto the slaved optical
metric; the mu family log A_mu = -2/rho - (mu/6)/rho^3 exactly makes the
dial mu the O(Phi^3) coefficient; GW250114 cuts the corridor to
mu >= 0.804 at 3 sigma, the registered +1/6 squeezed to <= 0.033,
surviving prediction shadow excess in [0, +0.93 pct], ngEHT decides.
F-TT-HALF-ANGLE FIRED [F]: one kernel C_4 step is the physical quarter
turn, so P_TT is the m = +-1 vector doublet; the falsification bought the
target Sym0^2(P_TT) = the helicity +-2 doublet. The decoder is the complex
SQUARING map h_+ + i h_x = (v_1 + i v_2)^2, kernel {+-1} = the spin double
cover realized as squaring, D_4 equivariant (D-TT-DECODER-MAP); volume
neutral, det(I + H^TT) = 1 - |h|^2 exactly; the same lambda = -1 trace
action closes the time sector with O(eps^1) = 0 identically. The
propagation identikit leaves one survivor: gauge-natural, c = 1 - s^2 with
full l(l+1); one law, three in-theory instances, none fitted: breathing
+1, photon 0, TT square -3 (D-TT-WAVE-SURVIVOR). New obligations
O-TT-GAUGE-DERIVATION, O-TT-SOURCE, O-QNM-LEAVER-MU, O-POL-READ; FLAG
SS-FRW.11: r = 0 must be re-derived after the bilinear lift.

# Part XXIX. The 9 July Fold I (v167): the unit covariance arc

**XXIX.0 The protocol line, verbatim.** O-A17-MJ-LEMMA CLOSED. R1 is dead
off shell and on shell. R2 saturates the parabolic stabilizer
P_1 cap SL(4,5) and is dynamically undrivable. R3 is tower-rigid: the
defect is a 5-adic unit and no lift through 5^m repairs the walk. The
surviving structure is boundary-level: the unit and boost act on the
pre-phased carrier and on the Tr_4 = 0 boundary, while physical on shell
support is produced by Thue-Morse fibration breaking that symmetry. The
Lorentz burden moves entirely to O-A17-DYNAMICS-FROM-ACTION, with A1.7'
unchanged and F-LORENTZ-K6-NONZERO still armed.

**XXIX.1 F-A17-MJ-GAP fired (P-A17).** M_hat = M_J direct sum I_2 does not
normalize the kernel dynamics group at residue level; witness entry -2
against the group alphabet {0, +1, -1}; the linear part group G_L has
order 200. Three repair routes registered verbatim (R1 observable algebra
factoring, R2 dynamics group enlargement, R3 lambda5 tower); Lorentz
protection conditional (T-DENSITY and T-LORENTZ-PROTECTION stand as pure
group theory).

**XXIX.2 The spectral pair (P-A17-R1).** m_plus m_minus = N on the whole
lattice, N(J) = 1; exact boost scalings (1 + phi) and (2 - phi) under
x to Jx; m_plus + m_minus the trace form with Gram (5I - ones)/2. Seals
T-A17-SPECTRAL-PAIR, T-A17-INVARIANT-ACTION, and the Lorentz clause A1.7'
on the Weil norm class S_0[a]. H6: among the walk piston blocks only -I
preserves norm and pair (witness N(1,1,2,0) = 11 against N(1,1,0,2) = 1);
R1 dead off shell the day it was born.

**XXIX.3 On shell expulsion and the ramified collapse (P-A17-R1A).**
F-R1A-UNIT-ONSHELL FIRED: the unit permutes 0 of the 313 on shell
supports; every control identical (NEG, TQ, TP1, GD all 0/313). Purchase:
T-R1A-RAMIFIED-COLLAPSE. Mod 5, with phi to 3 and 1/2 to 3, the spectral
pair collapses, m_plus = m_minus = Tr_4^2, N = Tr_4^4, and the boost
becomes the doubling character Tr_4(M_J x) = 2 Tr_4(x). The residue stream
algebra of the pair is the Tr_4 channel and nothing else.

**XXIX.4 The manifold anatomy (P-R1A-M, 5/5).** T-R1A-UNIFORM-MEASURE (2
basin = 5 support size on all 313; 5/2 seeds per state; measure covariance
collapses to set covariance). T-R1A-NEG-MANIFOLD (NEG preserves M
pointwise, 6250/6250, fixes both charge sectors, halves every size 20
support exactly 10 + 10). T-R1A-BOUNDARY-UNIT (M_hat maps S, 1250 states,
bijectively to itself with z_5 preserved pointwise, fibers 625 + 625).
N-R1A-MEASURE-STRICT (the canonical sheet expelled 0/2500; the M_hat image
inside M exactly 2500/6250; no m_J covariant measure supported outside S).
T-R1A-MAX-INVARIANT (the maximal M_hat invariant subset of M is exactly
S). Records: the unit shatters the 63 boundary fibers as
63 = 1 + 4 + 9 + 49, the four squares 1, 2, 3, 7 (R-R1A-M-SQUARES,
mechanism deferred); ord(M_J mod 5) = 20 with cycle type
{1:10, 4:10, 20:60} on M.

**XXIX.5 The action layer protocol (binding, standing).** Six layers: L1
state, L2 manifold, L3 boundary, L4 support, L5 stream, L6 measure. Every
preregistration declares its layer before its gates; positive results are
claims about that layer only; any lift to another layer requires its own
named gate; a preregistration without the declaration is malformed; mixing
layers without naming the lift is the R1 error mode and is forbidden.
Sealed layer map: NEG passes L1, L2, L3 and the measure on M, fails L4 at
0/313; M_hat passes L1 and L3, fails L2 at 2500/6250 and L4 at 0/313,
holds the measure on S only.

**XXIX.6 Route R2: parabolic saturation.** |K_4| = |<S4, -P4, -I, M_J>| =
186000000 = 2^7 x 3 x 5^6 x 31 = |P_1 cap SL(4,5)|: the enlarged piston
group IS the full Tr_4 hyperplane stabilizer in SL(4,5), the maximum of
its preregistered Lagrange window (T-R2-PARABOLIC-SATURATION). Through
1 + zeta^4 = -zeta^3 J^(-1) both M_sigmaJ and M_zeta are members, so the
Galois equivariance pillar survives at piston level
(T-R2-GALOIS-STABLE-PISTON); F-R2-GALEQUIV did not fire. The SS74 LOCK
selector is an F_5 bijection onto the five involutions; a sixth generator
admits no zero parameter drive (D-R2-UNDRIVABLE). Route R2 CLOSED.

**XXIX.7 Route R3: tower rigidity and the SL2 boost.** The five linear
parts are block triangular over Z with piston blocks in the eight element
signed group Q; a, b, c have piston block defect valuation 0 against every
element of Q, witness -2 at position (0,0); since -2 mod 5^m is never in
{0, 1, 5^m - 1}, the gap persists at every tower level and over Z: the
F-A17-MJ-GAP defect is a 5-adic unit (T-R3-TOWER-RIGID). On the plane
spanned by S = G_plus + G_minus and W = (G_plus - G_minus)/sqrt5 the boost
is exactly [[3, 1], [5, 3]]/2, determinant 1, trace 3, eigenvalues phi^2
and phi^(-2) (T-R3-BOOST-SL2); level 2 splits the collapsed Tr_4 squared
into the pair (S, W) (T-R3-PAIR-SEPARATION) with the level 2 boost shadow
S to 4S, W to 3S + 4W, the scalar 4 times the unipotent shear
[[1, 0], [2, 1]] (T-R3-UNIPOTENT-SHADOW). S4 and P4 each break span{S, W};
only -I preserves it, matching H6: the walk breaks the separated pair at
the first level where separation exists. F-R3-COVARIANT-CARRIER did not
fire. Route R3 CLOSED, and with it O-A17-MJ-LEMMA CLOSED.

**XXIX.8 Verifiers.** Six probes, two-platform byte identical, pinned in
TWIST_J_Canon_v167_CONSOLIDATED.md and in CROSSPLATFORM_LOCK_RECORD.md:
p_a17_lorentz_clause_verify.py (7/8, G6c the registered falsifier path);
p_a17_r1_spectral_verify.py v2 (6/6); p_a17_r1a_attractor_verify.py (2/3,
G3 the registered falsifier path); p_r1a_m_manifold_verify.py (5/5);
p_a17_r2_enlarged_verify.py (5/5); p_a17_r3_tower_verify.py (5/5). The
JAS 2 MCP tunnel was down for the whole arc; every JAS 2 leg ran over an
SSH relay from JAS 4, every TWISTER leg took its bytes from git
provenance, hash verified before run; void runs and coding fix ordering
are pinned in the root record corrections.

# Part XXX. The 9 July Fold II (v168): dynamics from action, and the sigma geometry

**XXX.0 Protocol, reaffirmed at the fold.** Simplicity is the ultimate
perfection. If it cannot be calculated in integers, it is not physics.
Truth is not rude; truth is just true. No em dashes. TWIST-J is the one
name; twistj.com is the hub. Every claim below ran preregistered, exact,
and byte identical on two architectures (JAS 2 aarch64 py 3.12.3, TWISTER
x86_64 py 3.13.5); layer declarations per the v167 protocol; the pins live
in CROSSPLATFORM_LOCK_RECORD.md and in the per-probe patches. Setting,
fixed once: state space Z_5^6, x = (p_1, p_4, p_1', p_4', q, t);
s(x) = Tr_4(x); z_5(x) = Tr_6(x) = s + q + t; generators per SS66, b
linear with matrix B, d(x) = c_d - x, e(x) = (c_d + v_e) - x,
c_d = (2,1,3,4,1,1), v_e = (0,0,0,0,1,0); selector i = z_5 + 2 TM(n) mod
5; on shell manifold M = {z_5 in {1,4}}, |M| = 6250; boundary
S = M cap ker Tr_4, |S| = 1250 (the v101 class); charged sector
C = M minus S, |C| = 5000, sheets C_1 and C_4 of 2500 each.

**XXX.1 DFA1: the pointwise selector is dead.** F-A17-ACTION-SELECTOR
FIRED, exactly as predicted (prereg clause F5): the pointwise action
argmin agrees with the canonical selector on 4446 of 31250 tests; the
d, e sector fails identically 12500/12500 because v_e has zero piston
part, so d and e have identical piston images and identical action cost
for every state and every V (D-DFA1-DE-BLINDNESS); even in the d, e
quotient the agreement is barely a fifth. Dynamics is not pointwise action
minimization: the datum that picks the generator, z_5 + 2t with the offset
2 the exponent of J, is not reconstructible from the one step defect
landscape of S_0.

**XXX.2 The residue action ledger (P-DFA-1, 5/5).**
T-DFA-ZERO-ACTION-BOUNDARY: the zero locus of the A1.7' residue action on
shell is exactly the boundary S, the 63 zero trace attractors, 1250
states, M_hat(S) = S; the action vanishes precisely where the unit
survives; it prices exactly the breaking of the unit symmetry.
T-DFA-CLASS-ACTION: the kinetic counter is constant per class (canonical
40, shifted 40, degenerate 0, special 0); every transition on a charged
support is charged, the residue action density on the charged sheets is
exactly 1 per step; on shell, charged action equals elapsed time.
R-Z5-HISTOGRAM discharged: M lives entirely on the sheets z_5 = 1 and
z_5 = 4, fibers 3125 + 3125, outer fibers empty. D-DFA-THREE-MOVE: on
shell the selector takes only the values 1, 3, 4, so a and c never fire;
the five move drive collapses to a three move drive on two sheets, the
exact ratio b : d : e = 2 : 1 : 1, a two bit switch (sheet bit times clock
bit). Densities exact: kinetic 4/5 per edge and 8/5 per state, potential
4/5.

**XXX.3 DFA2: the action switch (T/C, 4/4).** The coarse charged action
flow tensor of A1.7' has singleton support in every cell and gives the two
bit switch exactly: (1,0) to b, (1,1) to d, (4,0) to e, (4,1) to b, each
cell (2500, 2500, 2500); totals a 0, b 5000, c 0, d 2500, e 2500; the
tensor is saturated, K = E = P on the whole charged flow; canonical and
shifted are indistinguishable at this layer; the boundary follows the same
switch at zero action. The selector is not a minimization; it is the
unique carrier structure of the coarse charged action current.

**XXX.4 DFA3: the closed current (T/C, 4/4).** div J_act = 0 on 5000 of
5000 charged states; in and out degree 2 everywhere; cell flows 2500 each;
the constructed switch graph coincides exactly with the observed P-DFA-1
union ledger on charged sources; the boundary is silent both ways; sum K =
sum E = sum P = 10000; and the current is REVERSIBLE, every directed edge
has its exact reverse by the involution pairing (R-DFA3-REVERSIBLE).

**XXX.5 DFA4: the carrier is twisted (falsifier fired as predicted).**
F-DFA4-NEG-CLOCK-EQUIVARIANCE FIRED: the diagonal involution NEG x clock
complement carries the b half of the current exactly and misses the d, e
half by one pinned translation on every failing edge,
tau0 = (1, 3, 4, 2, 2, 3), piston part the v101 Klein four singleton
(R-DFA4-DEFECT-CONSTANT, uniform on all 5000 failures). Both pure
candidates dead at 0/10000. NEG conjugation on all 15625 states:
NEG b NEG = b; NEG d NEG = T_tau0 e; NEG e NEG = T_tau0 d; tau0 = -2s with
s = c_d + 3 v_e = (2, 1, 3, 4, 4, 1), z_5(s) = 0. The twisted, cell graded
involution N_tilde carries the whole current 10000/10000; new on shell
fact: C is closed under x to -x + s on the d, e cells.

**XXX.6 DFA5: the Noether pairing (T/C, 6/6).** N_tilde is an exact
symmetry of the pinned kinetic A1.7' action on the closed current (piston
increments exactly negate, the centered lift is odd, the quartic norm
even, 10000/10000), a pointwise residue symmetry of the full invariant
class for any V (tau(N_tilde x) = -tau(x)), and a fixed point free
involution of C_hat with 5000 two element orbits, relabeling b to b, d to
e, e to d. Branch N-DFA5-EXACT-VERTEX-BREAKS per prediction: the exact
vertex value is pointwise invariant on the b cells and on 290 of 2500
states per shifted cell, with the cell level multiset equality exact. The
chain is complete at the exact finite scope: action to switch to closed
current to symmetry.

**XXX.7 DFA6: the sigma geometry (T, two-platform 6/6; prereg a82aa9d9;
this fold's new theorems).** The DFA4 twist is not a cocycle accident; it
is elementary affine geometry, and the whole d, e carrier untwists at the
right center. Define

    sigma(x) := s - x,   s = c_d + 3 v_e = 2 tau0 = (2, 1, 3, 4, 4, 1).

T-DFA6-SIGMA-GLOBAL. On ALL 15625 states: sigma^2 = id,
d o sigma = sigma o e, e o sigma = sigma o d. The d, e exchange is exact
globally, not cell graded, not current restricted.

T-DFA6-SIGMA-CENTER. Fix(sigma) = {tau0}; Fix(d) = (1,3,4,2,3,3);
Fix(e) = (1,3,4,2,1,3); tau0 is exactly their midpoint. sigma is the point
reflection through the midpoint of the two interaction mirrors.
Tr_4(tau0) = Tr_6(tau0) = 0: the center is off shell, on the carrier
boundary. piston(tau0) = 3 c_d piston = (1, 3, 4, 2) = p_hat, the d fixed
piston, the v101 singleton, forced in one line because v_e has zero piston
part; Fix(d), Fix(e) and tau0 share the piston p_hat and t = 3 and differ
only in q (values 3, 1, 2): the whole mirror geometry stands on the
singleton's spatial address.

T-DFA6-DEFECT-MECHANISM. The DFA4 constant is forced: point reflections
compose affinely, so NEG d NEG = T_tau0 e and NEG e NEG = T_tau0 d follow
from the two center identities c_d + tau0 = -(c_d + v_e) and
(c_d + v_e) + tau0 = -c_d. The mechanism unassigned line of DFA4 is
assigned: the uniform defect is the affine law of three mirrors, nothing
else.

T-DFA6-GAUGE-DEFECT. sigma o b o sigma = T_w o b with
w = (I - B)(2 tau0) = (0, 0, 0, 0, 3, 2) = 3 (e_q - e_t). The defect is
pure fiber; Tr_4(w) = Tr_6(w) = 0; it preserves q + t; both trace
observables are blind to it. B(e_q - e_t) = -(e_q - e_t), so the fiber
line descends, and on the quotient Z_5^6 / <e_q - e_t> sigma is an EXACT
global involutive symmetry of the whole labeled move system: b to b, d to
e, e to d, clock bit complemented, fixed class [tau0]. The DFA4 cell
grading exists only to absorb a pure gauge fiber translation; on the
observable quotient one global reflection does everything. Honest record:
the naive commutation B tau0 = tau0 is false; its failure is gauge, not
physics. Hygiene note: b o NEG = NEG o b holds for every linear map and
certifies only that b has no affine part; the informative twists were
always in d and e, and they untwist at tau0.

T-DFA6-CONFINEMENT. The reachable set under admissible on shell words from
every charged state is exactly its own 20 state support, all 5000 states
checked; the closed current decomposes support wise into 250 copies of one
20 state, 40 edge, 2 in 2 out graph (125 canonical + 125 shifted).

T-DFA6-STREAM-GRAMMAR (L5). 200000 tick Thue-Morse stream witness: letters
(b, d, e) = (133334, 33333, 33333); the words dd and ee never occur (a
second consecutive d or e needs 111 or 000 in TM, excluded by cube
freeness); after d and after e the next letter is always b; the SS8A.29.1
delay identity z(n+1) = 4 - 3 TM(n) holds at every tick, scope extended
from the single attractor to all of C (each stream lives in one support by
confinement); A_kin = N exactly, the stream level witness of
T-DFA-CLASS-ACTION. Corollary at D: the letter process is 2-automatic and
NOT Markov; the pair Markov chain with the same 2 block frequencies would
give the word 000 frequency 1/18 where TM gives 0; this is the exact
content of the odometer gate: the realized current lives on the odometer
lift, a single TM bit does not contain its own successor. Layer note: the
support census 2 : 1 : 1 (uniform measure over labeled edges) and the
stream weights (2/3, 1/6, 1/6), ratio 4 : 1 : 1 (the TM pair measure), are
two layers of one object and are never mixed.

**XXX.8 Reading.** The unit and the boost live on the boundary (v167). The
action does not choose the step; it labels the sector, and the clock does
the counting: on a charged history, action equals charge times duration
(T-DFA-CLASS-ACTION; stream witness A = N). The selector is the carrier
structure of the one conserved current (DFA2, DFA3); the current has its
Noether symmetry (DFA5); and that symmetry is a single point reflection
through tau0, the midpoint of the two interaction mirrors, whose spatial
address is the v101 singleton (DFA6). The norm labels. The cut selects.
The involutions close. The mirror at tau0 signs it.

**XXXI.0 What ran.** Two preregistered probes, four pins, all formal runs
two-platform byte identical (JAS 2 aarch64 py 3.12.3, TWISTER x86_64
py 3.13.5), exit 0. P-A17-SUBCOV-1: prereg

exact algebra 9/9 (executed 90d7aa82), bridge B1 pinned 3e411333 and
executed 6/6 (718ef853); patch

Design note docs/TWISTJ_Canon_Note_A17_Subcov2_Design.md (dbdc8736) named
the seam and bound constraints C1 to C7. P-A17-SUBCOV-2: prereg
docs/TWISTJ_Canon_Prereg_P_A17_SUBCOV_2_Seam.md pinned together with its

**XXXI.1 The two-block lift and the selector factor (T-SUBCOV-PAIR-LIFT,
T-SUBCOV-SELECTOR-FACTOR).** The odometer t_{2n} = t_n, t_{2n+1} = 1 - t_n
induces on adjacent pairs Q_n = (t_n, t_{n+1}) the exact constant length
two substitution Theta: 00 -> 01,10; 01 -> 01,11; 10 -> 10,00;
11 -> 10,01. Not a fitted grammar; the exact two-block form of the
internal odometer. By the delay identity z_{n+1} = 4 - 3 t_n and the
locked selector i = z_5 + 2t, the selector factors through adjacent bits:
i_{n+1} = 4 + 2 (t_n + t_{n+1}) mod 5, hence 00 -> e, 01 -> b, 10 -> b,
11 -> d, the factor map rho. Bridged at full state (B1): on every
admissible charged edge of all 5000 charged states, both driver bits,
10000 edges, the canonical move equals rho(t_n, t_{n+1}); 0 mismatches;
the selector is active on every edge, no mute ticks on C; all three
generators negate Tr_4 (both affine centers have zero piston trace), so
one step confinement is structural. Meaning of the three moves: e is the
00 mirror, d is the 11 mirror, b is either change of bit. The current is
driven by the boundary of the bit, not by the bit.

**XXXI.2 Sigma is driver complement downstairs
(T-SUBCOV-SIGMA-INTERTWINER).** Complement C(a,b) = (1-a, 1-b) commutes
with Theta, and rho o C = sigma o rho. The v168 sigma geometry is the
state space realization of the complement symmetry of the internal
two-block system: upstairs the two b orientations are distinct; the pure
gauge fiber quotient identifies them; exactly the v168 statement that
sigma fixes b modulo a pure fiber translation and exchanges d, e exactly.

**XXXI.3 The measure (T-SUBCOV-MEASURE, L6).** The incidence matrix of
Theta has chi(x) = x(x-2)(x-1)(x+1); the primitive right Perron vector is
(1,2,2,1); the pair measure is (1,2,2,1)/6; after rho the stream weights
are mu(b,d,e) = (2/3, 1/6, 1/6), ratio 4 : 1 : 1, now an exact theorem,
upgrading the 200000 tick witness of XXX.7. Layer note preserved: the L4
uniform census 2 : 1 : 1 and the L6 stream measure 4 : 1 : 1 are two
layers of one object and are never mixed; B1 reproduces the uniform
census 5000 : 2500 : 2500 on the full edge set.

**XXXI.4 The action as a fixed ray (T-SUBCOV-ACTION-RIGIDITY).** On local
additive edge cochains the substitution pullback is the transpose of the
incidence matrix; the coboundary line B^1 = span(0,1,-1,0) is invariant
with eigenvalue 1. Because one macro edge becomes two micro edges, the
correct extensive law is projective: [Theta* a] = 2 [a] in C^1 / B^1,
equivalently the action per substituted tick is invariant. On the
quotient, in the invariant coordinates (a00, a01+a10, a11) with the
derived pullback P M^T S, chi = x(x-2)(x+1); the eigenvalue 2 is simple;
the unique nonnegative integral ray is (1,2,1), represented upstairs by
(1,1,1,1); hence, modulo coboundaries and scale, A(w) = |w|, the stream
form of A = N. Sharp point: the quotient spectrum is {0, 2, -1}; the
eigenvalue 1 is absent downstairs, upstairs it is exactly the coboundary
line; literal invariance modulo coboundaries admits only the zero class,
so the covariance amendment is necessary, not cosmetic.

**XXXI.5 Affine rigidity, the bridge, and the binding amendments
(T-SUBCOV-AFFINE-RIGIDITY).** Among all 125 affine maps u + va + wb over
F_5 with the two mixed orientations on b = 1 and the equal pairs bijective
onto {d = 3, e = 4}, exactly two exist: f_plus = 4 + 2 (a + b) and
f_minus = 3 - 2 (a + b), sigma conjugates; the Canon orientation 00 -> e
with t_0 = 0 selects f_plus (the slope 2 as the exponent of J is a
remark, no load). Census |M| = 6250, |S| = 1250, |C| = 5000, sheets
2500 + 2500, exact. Binding hygiene amendments to the hypothesis:
(i) covariant with scale 2, equivalently projectively invariant, not
literally invariant; (ii) the Canon Thue-Morse stream is the unique
one-sided fixed point of 0 -> 01, 1 -> 10 with t_0 = 0; the second
one-sided fixed point is its complement and is sigma conjugate. With the
9/9 exact run and the 6/6 bridge, H-A17-SUBSTITUTION-COVARIANCE is CLOSED
at the finite L5/L6 scope.

**XXXI.6 The seam named (design note, C1 to C7).** After the closure the
variational clause sharpens to one equation: prove the dyadic refinement
law W_{k+1} = W_k sigma(W_k) at the state level without importing any
Thue-Morse stream data; with the causal origin W_0 = 0 the doubling gives
Thue-Morse uniquely modulo the global sigma. Registered as
O-A17-SUBCOV-SEAM. Seven binding constraints: quotient carrier
Cbar = C / <e_q - e_t> (a pure gauge cocycle must not fake
non-uniqueness); the complex declared before any rank (the oriented
channel complex was chosen: per quotient support 8 channels, 4 vertices,
dim H^1 = 5); module coefficients on the four cells (the scalar action is
d, e blind by DFA1); the extensive normalization, scale 2; no TM import
in the construction; the quotient support census pinned first; the gate
skeleton with a modulewise falsifier. Double cover reading (D): tau0 is
off shell, so sigma acts freely on C and the charged carrier is a free
two sheet cover of C / sigma; the Thue-Morse bit labels no new physical
degree of freedom; it is the sheet itinerary of the dyadic lift through
sigma.

**XXXI.7 The seam sealed (P-A17-SUBCOV-2, 11/11).** Census: |Cbar| = 1000,
250 quotient supports of size 4, cells 2 2 2 2, all bipartite; sigma
permutes the quotient supports with 10 fixed and 120 swapped pairs.
T-SEAM-RULE-RIGIDITY: exactly 16 sigma equivariant local rules; z
consistency leaves 8; primitivity leaves 4, one orbit of the Klein group
(letter mirror d to e times fine order reversal); the two sealed Canon
anchors, the t_0 = 0 origin and the sealed Theta, select the canonical
rule 1011 uniquely, and its induced cell substitution equals Theta
verbatim: Thue-Morse is forced at the state level with no TM import.
T-SEAM-QUOTIENT-DEGENERACY: 2 self refinements per quotient support for
all 8 z consistent rules on all 250 supports; 500 all-target solutions
for the canonical rule. T-SEAM-SHEET-CHOICE: sigma transports the self
solution set of every support onto that of its sigma image; on the 10
sigma fixed supports the two self refinements form one sigma orbit; no
sigma invariant refinement exists; the refinement always chooses a sheet.
T-SEAM-EIGENLINE: for every primitive rule, every quotient support, every
self refinement, the pullback descends and dim ker(S* - 2 I) = 1 on C^1
and on H^1: the scale 2 line is the duration class, everywhere.
T-SEAM-GAUGE-TWIST: exact refinement is impossible upstairs (0 solutions
in every tested configuration); it exists modulo the pure gauge fiber
line with exactly 10 solutions per upstairs support, and the defect
cocycle is never a Z_5 coboundary; the twist is invisible to both traces.
T-SEAM-STREAM-LEMMAS (the L5 lift): elementary substitution rigidity
(length 2, sigma covariance, causal origin, no collapse leave the
Thue-Morse pair uniquely among the 16 length 2 binary substitutions); the
odometer carry identity t_{n+1} = t_n xor ((1 + v_2(n+1)) mod 2) exact
for n below 2^15; f_000 = 0 on the 2^15 prefix where the pair Markov
value is exactly 1/18; a 2^12 tick canonically driven quotient run
realizes every step in the declared cell with dd = ee = 0. Verdict:
O-A17-SUBCOV-SEAM CLOSED at the finite state scope, with the honest
amendment: the dyadic refinement is quotient exact, fiber twisted
upstairs, and sheet choosing.

**XXXI.8 Reading.** The finite mechanism has the global form: closed
current + unique projective action class + internal substitution fixed
point -> realized history. The action does not choose the step; it is the
unique extensive class that the substitution scales by its own length,
the fixed ray P(Theta*)[a] = [a], and the clock counts it. The seam
closes the remaining circle: the substitution itself is not imported; the
dyadic refinement of the current, constrained only by locality, sigma
equivariance, boundary compatibility, and primitivity, is rigid up to one
Klein orbit, and the two sealed anchors leave exactly Theta. Thue-Morse
is not the symmetry; it is the cocyclic itinerary of the lift through
sigma, the record of which mirror sheet each dyadic address occupies.
This is why DFA1 had to fail: no one step scalar cost separates the two
mirrors, while the adjacent bit substitution does. Two independent
sessions derived the same seam package from the same frozen design, a
consistency check recorded here at R.

# Part XXXII. The 10 July Fold IV (v170): the Basel gate and the color seam decision

**XXXII.0 What ran.** Two preregistered probes, both decided, all formal
runs two platform byte identical (JAS 2 aarch64 py 3.12.3, TWISTER x86_64
py 3.13.5), exit 0. P-BASEL-GATE-1: prereg
TWISTJ_Canon_Preregistration_O_BASEL_GATE.md (commit 1f8567e6, layer L5
with the single named L5 to L6 lift), probe pinned before first run
(commit 2e1cb266), 13/13, lock record b23d01d3; the G1 derivation note
TWISTJ_Canon_Note_O_BASEL_GATE_G1.md (commit 103e026e), audited and
adopted at this fold. P-A18-COLOR-SEAM-2: prereg and verifier pinned
together (commit b0590962, layer L4 support, never executed before the
pin), Amendment 1 (commit 2637912e) after run 1 INTERNAL ERROR in the
omega_key subspace intersection, no gate semantics changed; decided
(commit 5272636f) with two falsifiers FIRED, patch
docs/TWISTJ_Canon_Patch_P_A18_COLOR_SEAM_2_Result.md. Infrastructure
honesty: the JAS 2 MCP tunnel dropped mid arc; the JAS 2 legs ran over

**XXXII.1 The Basel gate: the sixth is minted by the clock
(T-BASEL-TM-GATE, T).** Define the Snap projector chi_00(n) = 1 iff
(t_{n-1}, t_n) = (0, 0), the gyron gate. The dynamic Basel identity

is sealed at T (13/13, two platforms): the kernel writes the phase
(5 Li1(J) = i pi, weight 1, place p = 5), the clock decides when the
phase is an event (the gyron channel, f00 = 1/6), the gauge registers
quadratically (T-LQ-READING-SPLIT), and the mean is the L6 measure
through unique ergodicity, the named G2 lift. The registered parse: the
6 in zeta(2) = pi^2/6 is NOT p + 1 (the SS98 static row); it is the
clock count 6 = f00^{-1}, the inverse density of the TM word 00, the
same sixth that is the gyron density rho and the visible fraction
f_vis. Discrimination is complete within TM pair cylinder gates: no
gate gives pi^2, [t_n = 0] gives pi^2/2, both repeats or one
alternation give pi^2/3, both alternations give 2 pi^2/3; ONLY density
1/6 reproduces Li2(1). Integer witness with a preregistered closed
form: the count of (0,0) pairs in the TM prefix of length 2^k is
c00(2^k) = (2^k - 2)/6 for odd k and (2^k - 4)/6 for even k, verified
by direct count to k = 24; equivalently c00 is the base 4 repunit
(4^m - 1)/3 for odd k and twice it for even k; the Snap pair count is
the alternating binary number. Exact deviation from 1/6:
(1 - e_k) / (6 (2^k - 1)) with e = 2 for odd k and e = 4 for even k.

**XXXII.2 The clock observable derived (D-BASEL-CLOCK-OBSERVABLE, D;
O-BASEL-GATE closed at D).** The G1 note derives that the local
observable registered by D_clock at Snap ticks is exactly
O_n(J) = | chi_00(n) . 5 Li1(J) |^2, with every forcing step cited: the
GATE from the locked gyron predicate and the Reduction chain (channel
(0, 0), not (1, 1); the channel conflict clause cleared); the WEIGHT
from T-LQ-READING-SPLIT and Born minimality (no normalisation freedom);
the CHANNEL as one closed Z_5 fiber loop (single gyron address per
attractor; A = B x Z_5); the AMPLITUDE as the loop holonomy
5 Li1(J) = i pi, forced against the state sum by the degenerate family
reductio (a 10 state gyron class would register 2 i pi and break the
T-LOCK universality of rho = 1/6 across all 313 attractors). One leg
carries D: the per step quantum is Li1(J) by the Separation Axiom
(registered content is decoder side; arg(J) = 2 pi/5 is housing)
through the SS98 shadow functor; the equality itself is at T. Composite
grade D; the fallback clause stands (O-PHASE-QUANTUM-LOCK opens only if
that leg is later required at T). Assembly uses each sector reading
exactly once: driver binary (the cut), gauge quadratic (the square),
kernel linear (the count); chi is idempotent, the amplitude constant on
the channel, no cross terms survive. Amplitude discrimination confirms
uniqueness: i pi/5 gives pi^2/150, the full motor turn 2 pi i gives
2 pi^2/3, the degenerate state sum the same wrong 2 pi^2/3, only i pi
gives Li2(1). Reading: the clock raises the polylog weight by one at
the unit argument; quadratic registration of the weight 1 output, gated
and time averaged, IS the weight 2 value. The sixth is not inserted. It
is made by the clock.

**XXXII.3 The color seam decided: two rigidities fall, one class
survives (P-A18-COLOR-SEAM-2, L4, falsifiers first class).** The probe
on the seam induced free group refinement and SL3(F5) character
dynamics DECIDED with two falsifiers FIRED.
F-A18-SKELETON-DEPENDENCE: per (support, sheet) uniqueness of the
presentation class under inner times AUT_col is FALSE (three classes
per sheet generically; pair transport across the 120 sigma pairs
false). Surviving inside the same gate: the sigma sheet relation on all
10 fixed supports, the observable sheet relation on 240 of 240, and
CROSS-SUPPORT PHI CLASSES = 1: the merged dynamics class across all 250
supports, both sheets, all trees and roots, is a SINGLE class. The seam
dynamics object is globally one; its skeleton presentations are not.
F-A18-MEASURE-NONRIGID: within the closed recurrent components reached
from F_B at budget B = 89 the normalized nonnegative invariant measure
space has dimension 21, not 1; measure rigidity on F_B is falsified at
this budget and scope. Decided positive run records within scope, no
promotion: H0 (250 x 4 supports, 8 channels, b1 = 5, bipartite, sigma
10 fixed + 120 pairs); G0 (|G_col| = 372000, 30 classes, Burnside
element form = class form = 19150131456221765969131); G1 (775
splittings, 1550 ordered gradings, two Inn orbits, omega involutive and
orbit exchanging); G2; G3 (Phi from the sealed refinement, census
inj-noAut 500); G5; G6 (non abelian survival certified: F_A seed 6,
cycle 4, pair (1, 3); F_B forward closed, 21 cycles, 10 non abelian, 0
unresolved); A1 (kernel dims 1 and 8, sectors (4, 2, 2), A_YM = 2
inherited, scale 2 = T-SEAM-EIGENLINE, zero new coefficients);
H-DOUBLET (block core as W dual on g plus, W on g minus, conjugation on
g0; the E_2 split (4, 2, 2) equals the grading dimensions). Open and
unchanged: MEASURE-F_A UNDECIDED at B = 89 (3355 unresolved; any budget
raise requires a prereg amendment before computation); LIFT-A18-STREAM
a named lift, not run; O-MJ-GAP routes R1, R2, R3 untouched; both
families FINITE RENORMALIZATION SEED OBJECT only. One sentence: the
seam induced dynamics on the 250 supports is a single global class with
a certified non abelian recurrent core, and the two rigidity hypotheses
that would have made its skeleton presentation and its F_B invariant
measure unique are now falsified, cleanly, at preregistered scope.

# Part XXXIII. The 10 July Fold V (v171): the twin gates and the quadratic envelope

**XXXIII.0 What this fold is.** Two independent gates executed and
pinned on 10 July 2026 close one standing flag and two registry
residues, and one new arc is registered with its statuses deliberately
held at their proofs. Nothing here touches A18; the stream measure run
continues on its own branch and this fold does not wait for it.

**XXXIII.1 The TT r zero re-derivation (P-TT-RZERO-BILINEAR-1,
two-platform 26 of 26; prereg ce780a4d; frozen independent verifier
a032f47f; stdout f79f1296 byte identical on aarch64 and x86_64).** The
v170 flag SS-FRW.11 demanded that r = 0 be re-derived, not assumed,
after the v166 bilinear TT decoder h = h_+ + i h_x = (v_1 + i v_2)^2.
Decided:

T-TT-LINEAR-ZERO (T-LOCK). At the unique C_4 invariant deterministic
background z_0 = 0 (the only solution of i z_0 = z_0), the derivative
of the bilinear TT decoder vanishes and its Hessian does not. No
linear TT amplitude is generated; the first allowed tensor field is
second order in the vector doublet, h^(2) = (delta z)^2.

D-TT-QUADRATIC-INDUCED-POWER (D). For a zero mean Gaussian doublet
with covariance [[a, c], [c, b]], the centered TT power collapses to
Var(h_+) + Var(h_x) = 2 (a + b)^2, strictly positive for every nonzero
positive semidefinite covariance; the tensor mean vanishes iff a = b
and c = 0, so statistical isotropy is required and zero mean alone is
not enough; for a stationary proper Gaussian field the physical tensor
spectrum is exactly twice the self convolution of the vector spectrum,
P_h(k) = 2 sum_q P_v(q) P_v(k - q), with total power
2 (sum_q P_v(q))^2.

Retirement. The unqualified sentence r = 0 is retired. The surviving
exact statement is r = 0 at linear order about the isotropic zero
vector background; beyond linear order r is controlled by the vector
doublet state. Under the common bookkeeping where scalar power is
O(eps^2), r = O(eps^2): an order statement, not a numerical value.

NEW O-TT-VECTOR-STATE-NORMALIZATION (alias
O-TT-PRIMORDIAL-NORMALIZATION). The single residual: the cosmological
state of the vector doublet, its two point and pseudo covariance
spectra, the normalization inherited from the TT action, and the
scalar comparison channel. Only this gate turns the exact convolution
law into a numerical r(k). FLAG SS-FRW.11 CLOSED.

**XXXIII.2 The plenum direction quotient (P-PLENUM-DIR-P2-P3-1,
independent affine matrix implementation; frozen protocol 98811795;
reference verifier 62319cb7 with stdout df198b9e, the discovery
instrument; independent verifier 4ef2bf22 with stdout 338d7e03 byte
identical on aarch64 and x86_64; frozen canonical record 83702718
reproduced by BOTH implementations from computed values).** The two
v163 residues are decided by exact classification. Naming: the gauge
translation sigma_r(q, t5) = (q + r, t5 - r) of this arc is the
translation along the fiber line e_q - e_t of T-DFA6-GAUGE-DEFECT and
is distinct from the v168 DFA6 point reflection sigma(x) = s - x; the
two symbols never meet in one formula.

T-FIBER-QUOTIENT-FACTOR (T). The sigma_r orbits are exactly the level
sets of c_pi = q + t5: the action is free, F_5^2 / <sigma> = F_5 by
c_pi, quotients 25 to 5 on the fiber and 15625 to 3125 on the full
state space. Every gauge invariant fibre scalar factors through c_pi.

T-FIBER-CHARACTER-DIAGONAL (T). chi_(a,b) = zeta_5^(a q + b t5)
transforms by zeta_5^((a - b) r); the invariant character lattice is
exactly the diagonal a = b, generated by rho_c = zeta_5^(q + t5),
which encodes only the existing c_pi. rho_q = zeta_5^q carries gauge
weight +1: a gauge covariant coordinate, a Def if used as a section,
never a scalar readout.

T-C-GAUGE-DEFECT (T). a commutes with sigma_r; b, d, e reverse it,
g sigma_r = sigma_(-r) g; c alone obeys c sigma_r = T_(r w_c)
sigma_(-r) c with w_c = (0, 4, 0, 1, 0, 0) = the embedded -u, the SS65
transport vector: Tr_4(w_c) = Tr_6(w_c) = c_pi(w_c) = 0 with nonzero
piston part. The obstruction IS the transport line; both trace
observables and the fiber charge are blind to it.

T-RECURRENT-GAUGE-QUOTIENT (T). The selector is gauge invariant,
Tr_6 o sigma_r = Tr_6. Across all 156250 (state, bit, r) checks the
dynamic quotient fails exactly 25000 times, all and only selector c
with r nonzero, each by the pinned defect line; on the recurrent two
sheet set M = {Tr_6 in {1, 4}} it passes 62500 of 62500 with selectors
b 6250, d 3125, e 3125 and a, c ghosts. The gauge quotient is global
for reading, exact for the recurrent dynamics, and broken in the
transient kernel by exactly the c channel.

Registry. O-PLENUM-DIR-P2 CLOSED BY CLASSIFICATION: the scalar readout
reading is FIRED (F-PLENUM-RHOQ-SCALAR-READOUT), the section reading
survives as Def. O-PLENUM-DIR-P3 RETIRED AS STALE: the odd tick law
z_next = 4 - 3 t was sealed at T in v168 (T-DFA6-STREAM-GRAMMAR); the
present gate re-proves it edge exhaustively on all 12500 directed M
edges including the boundary S (census M/S/C = 6250/1250/5000), a
scope note, not a new theorem. F-GLOBAL-DYNAMIC-GAUGE-QUOTIENT FIRED
as the scope falsifier of the naive global claim. Promotion ceiling
respected: nothing here closes O-W1, derives the continuum U(1), or
touches A18.

**XXXIII.3 The quadratic envelope (registration; statuses held at
their proofs; source note
TWISTJ_Canon_Note_Quadratic_Envelope_Synthesis.md in the verifier
tree).** The Basel gate and the TT decoder are two isotypic parts of
one quadratic object. Write z = v_1 + i v_2 and v = (v_1, v_2)^T. Then
exactly

    v v^T = (1/2) |z|^2 I
          + (1/2) [ [Re z^2, Im z^2], [Im z^2, -Re z^2] ],

so Tr(v v^T) = |z|^2 and the traceless part is (h_+, h_x) =
(Re z^2, Im z^2), the v166 decoder verbatim. Under z -> e^(i theta) z
the trace has weight 0 and the traceless part weight 2:
Sym^2(R^2) = R oplus R^2, the scalar Born and Basel channel plus the
tensor helicity channel of one square.

T-BASEL-OPERATOR-LIFT (T, corollary of T-BASEL-TM-GATE by linearity).
For any finite dimensional Hermitian space and constant amplitude psi,
< chi_00(n) |psi><psi| >_TM = (1/6) |psi><psi|; the scalar trace at
psi = Psi_J = 5 Li_1(J) = i pi reproduces Tr = pi^2 / 6 = Li_2(1): the
v170 identity is the one dimensional trace of an operator map.

T-SYM2-TRACE-SPLIT (T, the exact algebra displayed above). The full
real quadratic image of the doublet splits as trace plus traceless;
Born and Basel read the weight 0 trace, the TT channel reads the
weight 2 traceless part, of the same square.

D-QUADRATIC-TWO-READINGS (D). The TWIST reading of the split: the
kernel writes the amplitude, the clock gates the event, the gauge
registers quadratically; the two existing Canon quadratic readings are
the two isotypic components of one Sym^2 object. Gamma_psi =
psi psi^dagger is the complete carrier of every phase neutral
quadratic observable, read by Hermitian effects E_a >= 0 with
sum_a E_a = I as q_a = Tr(E_a Gamma_psi); it is not yet the whole
decoder.

D-CLOCK-DENSITY-CONDITIONAL (D). The sixth is clock density, not an
outcome bias: q_a = (1/6) Tr(E_a Gamma_psi) are absolute per tick
weights, while p(a | 00) = Tr(E_a Gamma_psi) / Tr(Gamma_psi) cancels
the common factor; P(no event) = 5/6. For non constant streams the
correct object is the conditional state Gamma_00^cond =
< chi_00 Gamma_n > / < chi_00 > = 6 < chi_00 Gamma_n >; the
factorization < chi_00 Gamma_n > = (1/6) < Gamma_n > requires
constancy or proven independence and may not be assumed.

H-QUADRATIC-ENVELOPE-DECODER (H). The full quadratic envelope
Q_full(psi) = (psi psi^dagger, psi psi^T), the phase neutral sector in
H tensor conj(H) plus the phase doubled sector in Sym^2 H (one
amplitude: (|z|^2, z^2)), is the complete decoder carrier; the full
decoder of channel a is D_a(psi_.) =
Tr[ E_a < chi_00(n) |psi_n><psi_n| >_TM ] together with the phase
doubled channels. Falsifier: a physical reading channel that does not
factor through Q_full.

H-TM-SYM2-MEASURE (H). The TM sixth as the normalized per channel
measure on Sym^2(R^3), dim = d(d + 1)/2 = 6 = 1 + 5: the integer match
is already Canon (T-RHO0-GALOIS-MATCH, 1/rho_0 = 6); the measure
identification is NOT. Honest obstacle: under rotation the six
channels split 1 oplus 5, so rotational invariance alone cannot force
equal weights across the two blocks; the bridge must derive
< Q(v_n) > = a P_1 + b P_5 and show why the physical reading forces
the scalar weight 1/6. Falsifier: the derived (a, b) incompatible with
the clock density reading.

O-QUADRATIC-DECODER-DATA (O). Four named technical residues in one
obligation: the channel effects E_a (POVM, not only projectors); the
dagger (conjugation in the archimedean representation, the Galois
involution, the Born involution, or the adjoint of the Canon Gram
form; in a non orthonormal basis the rank one operator is
psi psi^dagger G, not psi psi^dagger alone); the Gram form G itself;
and the state update after a registered event. Remark at R, no weight:
averaging psi_n psi_n^dagger over time or space generically yields
rank above one, the natural mixed state without ontological
randomness.

# Part XXXIV. The 11 July Fold (v172): the component census, the representation layer, the audit reconciled, and the two envelope gates

**XXXIV.0 What this fold is.** Five arcs executed and pinned on 11 July
2026, all two platform byte identical on JAS 2 aarch64 and TWISTER
x86_64. The A18 component census closes the color sector's residual
freedom and relocates the binary icosahedral signature. The QENV
representation layer seals the character table, the Sym^2 split and the
subgroup spectrum on integer data. The quadratic and TT audit is folded
in with its effects sorted into the existing registry, not new parallel
names, following the review of the parallel note. The TM-SYM2 gate 0
derives the frame identity and fires the uniform tie. The instrument
gate fires the effect to update non-uniqueness. No axiom change; no
prior LOCK retracted.

**XXXIV.1 The A18 component census (P-A18-COMPONENT-TYPES-1, two
platform, stdout 6b033b30, 6555 bytes; splitting law patch e6356000,
prereg 09c007e2, builder 54fb714a, verifier 36cb1dcc, audit pin
0fcaec75, finalization fd632041; budget B = 89; zero coefficients).**

D-A18-COMPONENT-TYPES (D). (N_sym, N_inv) = (24, 16). The 60 closed
components fall into 24 orbits under time translation; AUT_col
transport is an exact symmetry of the recurrent dynamics but fixes all
24 orbits (unit cycles only), and sheet swap is the identity on the
recurrent core by clock blindness. The sealed group glues nothing
further: 60 to 24 and no more. The OFF abelian orbits realize exactly
the cyclic subgroups of 2I, image orders {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10}; the
CORE knows only orders 20 and 120, the full image 2I sitting on every
orbit of lengths 3, 4 and 8, eight orbits and 34 of the 60 components.
The prediction 21 R21 + 3 MIXEDONLY is confirmed: the three orbits
reachable only by mixed leaf words are one abelian order 10 fixed point
plus two core order 20 two cycles. All component measures are uniform
1/L, exactly as the splitting law dictates. The residual degeneracy
24 - 16 = 8 is the set of observationally indistinguishable pairs at
this layer.

T-A18-RECURRENT-CLOCK-BLINDNESS (T, promoted via TYPES-G0a: N0 = N1 on
all 68 recurrent states, two platform).

D-A18-TYPES-2I-SUBGROUP-MAP (D). The binary icosahedral signature does
not act by permuting components; it appears as the image subgroup
structure of the types themselves. The census image orders equal

    {cyclic subgroup orders of 2I} union {|Dic5|, |2I|}
    = {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10} union {20, 120}.

Orders 8, 12 and 24 (Q8, Dic3, 2T = SL(2, 3), constructed explicitly)
are realizable subgroup orders in 2I yet absent from the dynamics
image: dynamical information, not lattice necessity. Order 16 is barred
by Lagrange, so its absence carries none.

R-A18-ADE-SELECTION (R, no weight). In McKay language the realized
image subgroups are the A chain (cyclic), D7 (Dic5) and E8 (2I); the
available but absent ones are D4 (Q8), D5 (Dic3) and E6 (2T); D6 is
unavailable. Reading deferred; the falsifier lives at any future finer
observable layer that reveals an image of order 8, 12 or 24.

Retirements. The 60 = |A5| orbit reading is retired as numerology: no
transitive sealed action exists at this layer, and the count is owned
by the splitting law N_p = sum over orbits of p^(v_p(L_O)). P-A18-QENV
as formulated is retired; its fingerprint chi(Sym^2(1 + 5)) =
(21, 5, 0, 1, 1) with multiplicities (2, 0, 0, 1, 3) over (1, 3, 3', 4,
5) is kept as a REGISTERED CONSTANT, usable only under a derived (not
sealed) action, a possibility that now lives entirely inside
O-A18-COLOR-MEASURE-SELECTION. The minimal datum of any new layer is a
weight vector over the 24 orbits bound to the 16 types: simplex
dimension 23 by symmetry, 15 by observables.

**XXXIV.2 The QENV representation layer (P-QENV-REP-1, two platform 22
of 22; prereg 21587e5a pin be858ed7; verifier aeb36042; stdout
80f9955c, 2371 bytes, byte identical on aarch64 and x86_64).** The
representation content of the quadratic envelope, grounded in integer
permutation data alone, no floats.

T-QENV-CHARTABLE (T). The A5 character table from counting: chi4 from
fixed points, chi5 from fixed 2-subsets, chi3 + chi3' = Alt^2(chi4);
the golden pair forced by x^2 = x + 1. The golden ratio is derived from
counting, not inserted.

T-QENV-SYM2-SPLIT (T). Sym^2(3) = 1 + 5 over A5, multiplicity free,
commutant dimension 2, unique projective pair {P1, P5}. The finite
counterpart of the SO(3) statement now named T-SYM2-SO3-COMMUTANT
(XXXIV.3): restriction from SO(3) to the icosahedral group loses
nothing at the Sym^2 layer, and the quadrupole five stays irreducible
under the icosahedral group (first splitting at l = 3 into 3' + 4).

T-QENV-SYM2-W21 (T). Sym^2(1 + 5) = 2*1 + 4 + 3*5, character
(21, 5, 0, 1, 1), dimension 21 = 6*7/2; Lambda^2(1 + 5) = 3 + 3' + 4 + 5.

T-2I-SUBGROUP-SPECTRUM (T). Element order census {1:1, 2:1, 3:20, 4:30,
5:24, 6:20, 10:24}; cyclic subgroup order set {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10};
Dic5 (20), Q8 (8), Dic3 (12), 2T = SL(2, 3) (24) constructed; order 16
barred by Lagrange. This is the lattice against which the census image
of XXXIV.1 is read.

**XXXIV.3 The quadratic and TT audit, folded into the existing registry
(P-QENV-AUDIT-BATCH-1, two platform 22 of 22; prereg e725606e pin
a4d1fe73; verifier bf5c48a5; stdout 2fdc10c2, 2088 bytes, byte
identical).** An independent, SymPy free reimplementation of the v171
open obligation audit, prepinned. Its effects are sorted into the
existing names; it multiplies no registry.

T-QD-GRAM-PISTON (T). On the piston carrier with the Gram form
G = I4 - (1/5) 11^T, the canonical rank one operator is
R_psi = psi psi^dagger G, obeying the general identity R_psi^2 =
(psi^dagger G psi) R_psi for every psi, and self adjoint with respect
to the sharp adjoint A^sharp = G^-1 A^dagger G. The projector is
P_psi = R_psi / (psi^dagger G psi); R_psi itself is idempotent only
when psi^dagger G psi = 1. The witness psi^dagger G psi = 14 against
the Euclidean scale 5 shows the ordinary form is the wrong projector.
Scope honest: the coordinate Gram form and its adjoint on the piston
carrier only; identity with the cyclotomic, Born, residue field and
global involutions stays open.

T-SYM2-SO3-COMMUTANT (T; the continuous name, formerly the provisional
T-SYM2-ROTATION-EFFECTS, renamed to avoid collision with
T-SYM2-TRACE-SPLIT, T-QENV-SYM2-SPLIT and the TT rotational reading).
Sym^2(R^3) = R + Sym^2_0(R^3) = 1 + 5; the Casimir is 0 on the singlet
and |l(l+1)| = 6 on the traceless five; the SO(3) commutant on Sym^2 is
two dimensional, generated by {P1, P5}, the only rotation covariant
projective split. On R^2 the Sym^2 characteristic polynomial is
lambda(lambda^2 + 4), weights 0, +2, -2: the scalar trace and the TT
doublet of one square. Representation grade T; the physical assignment
stays D.

Independent reproduction, no status change. The TT block of the audit
reproduces, by a disjoint code path byte identical on two
architectures, the already sealed results, and is folded as such, not
as new names:

    T-TT-LINEAR-ZERO              (T-LOCK, reproduced)
    D-TT-QUADRATIC-INDUCED-POWER  (D, reproduced)

The reproduced equations: h_+^2 + h_x^2 = (v_1^2 + v_2^2)^2 with h = 0
iff z = 0; the unique isotropic background z_0 = 0; the vanishing of
the linear tensor channel with quadratic survival; the Gaussian moment
collapse Var(h_+) + Var(h_x) = 2 (a + b)^2, isotropic total 8 sigma^4,
Wick multiplicity 2; the finite abelian Fourier law P_h(k) =
2 sum_q P_v(q) P_v(k - q), total 2 (sum_q P_v(q))^2; the dagger versus
transpose split, psi psi^dagger = |z|^2 weight 0 blind to z^2 and
psi psi^T = z^2 weight 2 separating equal modulus states. The audit
supplies the two platform byte identity gate that the TT bilinear
reproduction had recorded as not yet executed; the candidate names of
that note keep their grades.

T-KRAUS-ISOMETRY-EQUIVALENCE (T). Two Kraus families linked by a real
isometry produce the identical CP map on a full operator basis: the
Kraus representation of one channel is not unique.

D-QD-GATED-CP-INSTRUMENT-WITNESS (D) and R-QD-MIXED-STATE-BY-AVERAGING
(R). The gated CP instrument is a valid trace preserving completely
positive map: POVM E_0 + E_1 = I with PSD effects, clock bookkeeping
P(no event) = 5/6 and P(event) = 1/6 with the conditional cancelling
the sixth, sum K^dagger K = I, Choi PSD. Averaging psi psi^dagger over
the stream yields the mixed state naturally, without ontological
randomness.

Not sealed by the audit. F-TT-GAUSSIAN-FROM-TT-PULLBACK stays a
REGISTERED CANDIDATE (scoped): the audit checked r_tree = 0, the Wick
moments and the spectral convolution, but not the pullback Lagrangian
L_v = 2 e^(4 chi) |z|^2 |zdot|^2, its velocity Hessian
4 e^(4 chi) |z|^2 I, or the rank zero at z = 0. That falsifier waits on
its own coverage; the pullback Jacobian geometry det J_F = 4 |z|^2,
J_F^T J_F = 4 |z|^2 I is exact and ready for a dedicated gate.

Consequence carried on the frontier. O-TT-VECTOR-STATE-NORMALIZATION
splits four ways: physical TT output normalization closed; pullback
geometry closed; a free Gaussian vector theory from the existing TT
action closed in the negative; the primordial vector doublet state, the
single open gate for a numerical r(k). O-QUADRATIC-DECODER-DATA is
bounded from above (XXXIV.5): the decoder data determine probabilities,
not the instrument.

**XXXIV.4 The TM-SYM2 gate 0 (P-TM-SYM2-GATE0-1, two platform 12 of 12;
prereg 834c28fc pin 793829d4; verifier 03998970; stdout 1f625517, 1956
bytes, byte identical).** Gate 0 of the attack on H-TM-SYM2-MEASURE: is
the TM clock measure operator M_00 in the A5 commutant on Sym^2(R^3),
and if so its block weights, with no target.

M_00 is the TM gated (density f_00 = 1/6) Sym^2 second moment of the
isotropic carrier R^3, the three dimensional A5 irrep, which has no
preferred axis; anisotropy would need a derivation and Canon has none.

T-TM-SYM2-FRAME (T, algebra grade). M_00 commutes byte exactly with the
rational 3-4-5 SO(3) generators; by Niven their closure is dense in
SO(3), and since the quadrupole five stays irreducible under A5 the A5
commutant equals the SO(3) commutant, span{P1, P5}. So MEMBERSHIP holds
and M_00 = a P1 + b P5. The block weights, forced by the unique
isotropic four tensor and independent of the ensemble scale, are

    a : b = 5 : 2 = (d + 2) : 2   at d = 3,

with the unit sphere frame (trace 1) giving the scalar block weight 1/3
and each of the five tensor channels 2/15. The pure algebra is exact;
the identification of this operator with the physical clock measure is
the H residual below.

F-TM-SYM2-UNIFORM (FIRED, scoped). The uniform tie a = b = 1/6, that is
M_00 proportional to the six by six identity, is false: the scalar
(Born, trace) channel outweighs each tensor (TT, quadrupole) channel
5 to 2. Per the gate, a distinct from b is a prediction of the relative
scalar to tensor normalization, not a failure.

H-TM-SYM2-MEASURE (H, sharpened). Gate 0 delivers the first half of the
Section XXXIII.3 obstacle, the frame identity, and pins (a, b) at 5:2.
It does not deliver the second half, why the physical reading forces
scalar weight 1/6. It localizes the residual by the exact identity
1/6 = (1/2)(1/3): the clock density equals the Born phase halving times
the scalar frame weight. The open question is now precisely whether the
physical Born reading halves the trace block.

**XXXIV.5 The instrument non-uniqueness (P-QD-INSTRUMENT-NONUNIQUE-1,
two platform 11 of 11; prereg 0ac5e892 pin 1621c803; verifier b148fc44;
stdout 9ce41446, 1655 bytes, byte identical).** The strict strengthening
the audit did not reach.

F-QD-INSTRUMENT-UNIQUE (FIRED, scoped). Two qubit instruments, Luders
K_a = |a><a| and flip L_a = |1 - a><a| = X K_a, share every effect
K_a^dagger K_a = L_a^dagger L_a = E_a = P_a, so they assign identical
outcome probabilities to every state; yet they give different post
states (on |a><a|, outcome a: |a><a| against |1 - a><1 - a|) and
different non-selective channels (dephasing against X dephasing X),
both Choi matrices PSD and distinct. The effects, and the quadratic
carrier, do not determine the state update; a further physical
principle is required: repeatability, least disturbance, an observable
algebra, or an event step derived from the kernel. Kraus non-uniqueness
alone (T-KRAUS-ISOMETRY-EQUIVALENCE, XXXIV.3) does not reach this: it is
the effects, not the Kraus writing, that fail to fix the instrument.
O-QUADRATIC-DECODER-DATA is thereby bounded from above and stays O; its
state update clause cannot be closed from Q_full and the effects alone,
and the missing principle is named.

# Part XXXV. The 11 July Fold II (v173): the Newton address, the exact metrology channel, the gyron apparatus chain, the Z density derivation, and the observer interface plan

**XXXV.0 What this fold is.** Eight arcs executed and pinned on 11 July
2026 on branch P-NP-ADDRESS-1 (base the v172 lock 1f6ed525), every one
two platform byte identical: JAS 2 aarch64 (Python 3.12, run over LAN
ssh from JAS 4 while the MCP tunnel was down; same canonical
interpreter, same pinned bytes) and TWISTER x86_64 (Python 3.13). The
Newton address closes the coupling exponent question with a pure
address in Q. The reading principle sorts every known dressing and
reduces the dressing derivation to the FRW canonical form. Lambda is
computed from the substrate blocks, not fitted; the democratic
hypothesis fired. Part MEAS/METRO is registered: the measurement
protocol and the metrological decoder as first class canon objects; the
exact metrology channel produces the first admissible physical real.
The gyron apparatus chain derives instruments from couplings at the
classical, quantum, and ERA-II level. The Z density derivation closes
the gyron statistics from the kernel: the gyron is the Thue-Morse pair
00 and the sealed walk weights drop out of the trace dynamics. The
observer interface plan registers the conscious-agent axiom
architecture at H with the A0 scope clarification. No physics axiom
change; no prior LOCK retracted.

**XXXV.1 The Newton address (T-NP-ADDRESS, T, two platform; reference
verifier e11a58f8, stdout 9ca8af36, 11 of 11; rational verifier
5f4cf034, stdout 63526d3c).** The gravitational coupling of the
electron is an address in Q with an integer dressing coefficient:

    G m_e^2 / (hbar c) = phi^(-2 (2^p + d p^2 + chi / p^2))
                         * (1 + d (d + 1) alpha^2),
    (p, d, chi) = (5, 3, 2):  address 2677/25, coefficient 12.

The address is 2^5 + 3 * 25 + 2/25 = 2677/25; the dressing coefficient
is d(d+1) = 12. A fully rational verifier (Fraction end to end)
reproduces the chain and lands at z_G = -0.2516 sigma against CODATA
(engineering witness, labeled). The G12 audit passes: the single
numerical consumer of the wall constant g is the wall complex, no
double counting. O-NP-ADDRESS closed.

**XXXV.2 The reading principle (note, commit 5de18d61).** The dressing
inventory across the canon: proton +alpha^2/d, muon -(18 - 1/p)
alpha^2, wall +12 alpha^2, Weinberg +X, Queen S = (1 + X/5)^(-5). The
chain of twelves: 12 = d(d+1) = DeWitt d(1 - lambda d) at lambda = -1 =
deg K_sp = the muon (B1:B1) index. O-NP-DRESSING-DERIVATION is reduced
to O-FRW-CANONICAL-FORM: one covariant statement of the dressing law
would close the whole family. F-DRESS-EXP armed: the two candidate
dressing forms differ by 72 alpha^4 = 0.204 ppm, decidable by the next
CODATA class of G measurements in principle.

**XXXV.3 Lambda from the substrate blocks (T-FRW-LAMBDA-BLOCKS, T, two
platform; verifier 9256fe07, stdout 20b141d9, 13 of 13).** The
q-Fourier blocks of the attractor Laplacian give |a_0|^2 = 1, pair sum
3/4, ratio 4/3, hence

    lambda = 1/d - 4/3 = -1   exactly, computed not fitted.

H-A0-DEMOCRATIC fired: the democratic prediction |a_0|^2 = 1/4 is
falsified and recorded as first class progress.

**XXXV.4 Part MEAS/METRO registered (program note, commit 00861beb).**
DEF-METRO-DPHYS: the metrological decoder D_phys: (L|_W, M) -> (a,
X_hat, Delta X, [X]) taking a windowed Log and a protocol to a value,
an uncertainty, and a unit. DEF-METRO-CAUCHY: a physical real number is
an admissible Cauchy class of window readings. DEF-MEAS-PROTOCOL: M =
(S, A, R, F_SA, {Gamma_a}, W, U). RULE-MEAS-5: carrier, Gram,
involution, normalization, effect declared for every measurement.
RULE-NO-SILENT-UNITS: eta_t and eta_l are never silently 1.
P-MEAS-PRINCIPLE: effects determine statistics, instruments determine
physics; there is no universal Lueders rule; collapse is conditioning
on the record. L-DRESS-INSERTION is reassigned as a MEAS lemma. The
home-direction coupling seed 1/p and the block kinetic weight 1 are two
distinct objects (consistency note).

**XXXV.5 The exact metrology channel (T-METRO-RHO, T, two platform;
verifier 40590e84, stdout 47a4ad6f, 10 of 10).** The gyron pair channel
counted exactly by executed induction:

    N_00(m) = (2^m - 3 - (-1)^m) / 6

with the three companion counts a 2^m + b (-1)^m + c; deviation

    rho_hat(m) - 1/6 = -(2 + (-1)^m) / (6 (2^m - 1)),

envelope 1/(2 (2^m - 1)). The admissible Cauchy class of the channel is
the sealed rho_0 = 1/6: the first physical real produced end to end by
D_phys. Window records 1/7, 2/15, 5/31, 21/127, 14/85.

**XXXV.6 The classical gyron apparatus (T-MEAS-GYRON, T, two platform;
verifier f326a6e9, stdout c1c5a1d4, 12 of 12).** A Z_5 pointer with
ready state r = 0; the native CX as the copy coupling (QND) and the
engagement absorb (e, r) -> (0, r + e). Identical effects, distinct
instruments, both by exact pushforward: the v172 instrument
non-uniqueness (F-QD-INSTRUMENT-UNIQUE) is constructively explained:
effects underdetermine, couplings determine.

**XXXV.7 The quantum lift (T-MEAS-GYRON-QLIFT, T, two platform;
verifier 61857022, stdout 843a7429, 14 of 14).** The couplings lifted:
CX on dimension 10 and the engagement dilation |e, r, mu> -> |mu, r +
e, e> on dimension 20; Kraus operators extracted, copy |a><a| and
absorb |0><a|; the POVMs agree including on the complex witness (3/5,
4i/5) -> (9/25, 16/25); the Lueders rule is a theorem of CX; the
unconditional copy is exact dephasing, the absorb an exact reset;
repeatability holds on superpositions. The Gram layer: 5G is the Galois
Gram and G^(-1) = I + ones ones^T (a wrong first inverse was caught by
the gate before pinning and is recorded); the P_psi caveat (idempotent,
G self adjoint, not hermitian); the canonical 1 + 3 measurement carries
Born additivity; the euclidean trace G weight is 1/p.
O-MEAS-G-DENSITY registered.

**XXXV.8 The ERA-II lift (T-MEAS-GYRON-LIFT, T, two platform; verifier
e60fb78c, stdout 47f6a2d1, 14 of 14).** z_obs = Tr_4 on the sealed
piston addresses (0,0,4,0), (1,0,0,0), (1,1,3,4), (2,1,4,4): traces
(4, 1, 4, 1), and in signed representatives the gyron class is the sign
of the trace, -1 on z = 4 and +1 on z = 1. The address G geometry is
pinned: norms (4, 4, 34, 34), products (1, 31, 9, 9, 6, 6), anchored on
the SS108.24 controls. The class controlled CX has extracted Kraus
operators Pi_4 and Pi_1: the degenerate Lueders rule is a theorem of
the coupling; coherence within a z class survives the measurement; the
Separation Axiom holds as a commutant statement (the coupling commutes
with every class preserving unitary and with no class mixing one); the
tick effect is E_1(n) = [t_n = 0] Pi_4; the sealed rho = 1/6 with the
exact TM balance forces P(z = 4 | t = 0) = 1/3.

**XXXV.9 The Z density derivation (T-MEAS-Z-DENSITY, T conditional on
the SS5.3 Trace Flow table at T/C, two platform; verifier 0b505c9a,
stdout 8cb527ed, 11 of 11).** From T-LOG-1 (Snap applies g_z, Flow
applies g_(z+2 mod 5)) and the Trace Flow table:

    Z-MEMORY.  For n >= 3, z_n = 4 iff t_(n-1) = 0; all five trace
    seeds merge at n = 3.

The ERA-II predicate collapses to driver combinatorics: a gyron is
exactly a Thue-Morse pair (0, 0); the gyron count over [3, 2^m) equals
N_00(m) verbatim; rho = 1/6 is reproduced structurally; the conditional
has the closed deviation

    cond(m) - 1/3 = -(1 + (-1)^m) / (6 (2^(m-1) - 1)),

exactly 1/3 at odd m. The attractor generator map (Snap, 1) -> b,
(Snap, 4) -> e, (Flow, 1) -> d, (Flow, 4) -> b derives the walk triple
{b, d, e} (a and c never fire past the transient), derives the sealed
weights (2/3, 1/6, 1/6) as the TM pair frequencies (mixed, 11, 00), and
identifies the e step as the gyron step: the magnetic verb weight 1/6
is the gyron density. The remark 1/3 = w_d + w_e is promoted to
derived; it holds because f_00 = f_11. The gyron echo channel of
XXXV.5 is the gyron itself, one tick shifted. O-Z-KERNEL-CONFIRM
registered (optional full Z_5^6 confirmation once the SS66 generators
are materialized in a verifier).

**XXXV.10 The observer interface plan (OBS; note in meas_metro; all DEF
and H, no physics derivation).** The third component of the measurement
program, next to the physical instrument and the metrological decoder.

    The algebra determines the socket. An extra axiom determines that
    a conscious subject occupies it.

DEF-OBS-SLOT. The observer slot is the undistinguished fiber F_b =
pi_phys^(-1)(b) of the full physical readout. Algebraic capacity, not
consciousness; invariant under decoder extension (a new channel shrinks
the fiber, the definition stands).

DEF-OBS-ROLES. Quadratic basis: public content. Residual fiber: private
address slot. u_n on Flow: write actuator. Category distinctions: C is
not q, C is not E+, C is not u_n.

PRINCIPLE-OBS-ORDER. Physical registration completes before
consciousness: rho -> instrument -> stable record -> experience. The
v172 instrument non-uniqueness makes the physical instrument non
optional; consciousness never substitutes for a missing instrument.
Physical registration ends in a stable record; conscious measurement
ends in the experience of that record.

AX-CW (registered extended-ontology axiom; H for all physics
purposes). Clause C: a stable record r_a may be present to the subject
as experience epsilon_a (a relation introduced by the axiom, not
derived from J). Clause W: on an admissible Flow interface the subject
may choose c_n in Adm_n(psi_n, t_n), the choice not a function of the
full physical history, entering only through the fixed interface c_n ->
theta_res -> u_n on t_n = 1; on Snap u_n = 1 is forced. The will does
not produce an inadmissible state; it selects among admissible
interface options. Measurement ends in consciousness; action begins in
the will.

A0-SCOPE (wording clarification, no physics change). A0 reads: all
physical reality is the closed integer J-Cayley plenum. Total ontology
under AX-CW: U = P_J union C union I_(C<->P). One physical axiom, J;
no longer a claim of one axiom of all being. E_total = 0 and every
sealed result untouched.

NONCLAIMS-OBS. No outcome selection: outcomes and back action belong to
the physical instrument; Born weights and no signalling protected.
Consciousness does not drive D_clock; the observer-slot excision from
proper time stands; H-W1-INTERFACE-PRINCIPLE is extended, not reopened.

F-OBS-WRITE-PORT (armed, algebraic). A genuine write port requires two
lifts with equal readout now and, through the single permitted gate,
different readout later: pi_phys(x) = pi_phys(x') and pi_phys(F_c^k(x))
!= pi_phys(F_c'^k(x')) for some admissible pair and k > 0. If no such
pair exists the slot is gauge redundancy and the write reading of
clause W is falsified. If u_n = f(L_<=n) on every Flow tick, the
libertarian write port is closed negatively. The first-person claim of
clause C need not be third-person falsifiable; its proposed
intervention into physics must be.

**XXXV.11 Registry deltas.** Closed: O-NP-ADDRESS;
O-MEAS-GYRON-INSTRUMENT; O-MEAS-GYRON-LIFT; O-MEAS-Z-DENSITY (trace
level, conditional on SS5.3). Reduced: O-NP-DRESSING-DERIVATION into
O-FRW-CANONICAL-FORM. Fired: H-A0-DEMOCRATIC (recorded). Registered
open: O-MEAS-G-DENSITY; O-METRO-ADMISSIBILITY; O-METRO-TICK-EDGE;
O-Z-KERNEL-CONFIRM; O-FRW-CANONICAL-FORM. Registered at H: AX-CW with
